Pros: nothing after this deal
Cons: be busniss people not theives
Location: worked
hotel didnt have the room that was booked had to spend an additional $400.00 dollars for an extra room then refused to issue a credit for the rollaway bed and also refused to issue a credit for 1 night that we didnt use . as a company we travel often and this by far is the worst experiance ever will not use expedia or stay at any carlson hotels again . have filed a claim with the credit card co. and the better business .

Want clean rooms. Go else's where

Pulled back comforter and found dead beetle. Then pulled entire comforter off bed and found white spots (stains) on the underside of it. There were burn holes in carpet, dirty finger prints and doors and door Jams. Looked like someone had put cigarette out on ceiling Needed to be vaccumed and washboard was full of old piled up dirt. I cleaned the room with soap and towels. Told cleaning women about comforter and that I wanted a clean one. Gave me new one. Had hairs stuck to it Breakfast during the week was fine weekend was a zoo. Ran out of everything and was dirty

Offer roll in beds once there you don't get them!!

Pros: The lady at the breakfast was busy but always nice to everyone
When registering we wanted a room with a roll in bed (which they advertise to have), once there they said the beds are only available if you register directly with them not through expedia. They cancel your card key after one night even if you register for more than one and expect you to register every day to get into the room you have already paid.

The hotel was okay... The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The room was clean, but there were stains on the bedding. The staff was friendly but went room to room to clean late in the afternoon. I would not recommend this hotel.

Quiet next to the airport

Pros: Quiet...nice pool...clean room...reasonable rates. The breakfast was good as well.
Cons: Wifi was a bit weak. It barely worked at all inside our room.
Location: Air Zoo was just down the street.
This was really a nice place. Very clean and comfortable. Amazingly quiet inside the room despite being next door to the airport. The staff was great and extremely friendly.

We had a great weekend at this motel. The room was comfortable and quiet. I liked the location; it was easy to find our way to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely go back if I am staying in this area again.

Great central location for all we wanted to do.

Pros: It's location.
Location: Great location very near Wings Stadium (5 minutes), The Air Zoo (5 minutes), Kalamazoo Nature Center, and Binder Park Zoo. Perfect to place to stay!
Spent the weekend going to multiple destinations in the area and this hotel was centrally located between all of them; great place to stay. Will definitely stay again. Very clean room, friendly staff, nice pool. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Pros: it was convenient and clean.
Except for the obnoxious 10 year old soccer players that ran up and down the halls the first night I was there I found the hotel to be ok.
