Their was a fire in another room No working alarms and No staff member came to my room at all .I called my daughter to come get me and 5 hrs later we went back to get my stuff most of it was no good .

The tv didn't work and when they replaced the batteries the tv still wouldn't turn off with the remote. The air conditioner/ heater was hard to push even to auto cool the room. When it was on it smelled and then just wouldn't turn off. The room has no carpet and a metal bed frame so everything echoed. I never issues like th8s before here. I will never stay again

Hotel was under remodeling. Was not aware of this until arrival. Room was clean but in poor condition furniture was beat up and the TV was not connected but luckily I was able to get that going. No breakfast or ice machine. Ac and heat was very loud. High winds throughout the building sounded like whistles from the cracks and leaks. There was cigarette burns on the tub. Loose tiles in the remodeled floor . The microwave and mini fridge worked and was clean

We were on college tour and booked this hotel close to the campus and hopefully relaxing. In the description shows free breakfast, pool and 24 h gym, when we get to the hotel it was under renovations and no where to find staff, finally found someone and only response was “ under renovations “. They should posted so we could choice another hotel.

The property was under construction, which wouldn't be a big deal, however nothing was mentioned on the website. The pool was unusable and beyond dirty. Empty pill bottles and needles on the ground in the pool area. The entire building smelled like old cigarettes. The staff barely spoken English and wasn't present at the desk. We waited 20 min to check in. The TV wasn't connected to the wall properly and just a gentle adjustment to tilt it caused it disconnect. The remote to the TV had no back on it and the batteries kept falling out. The remote only worked if you stood next to the t.v. The light in the bathroom would shut off on its own after about 5 minutes and you would need to get out of the shower to turn it back on. The list really could go on. So many things wrong here.

Under construction!
This hotel was under construction, but with no warning to guests. I had to weave through the hall around the trash bins, tables, beds, and construction materials to get to my room. Then in my room the heater broke around midnight so they had to move me to a stinky room.

Breakfast was a joke. Door latch was broke. The tv remote didn’t work unless you pointed it behind the tv because that’s where they mounted the receiver box. They had one towel in the bathroom. Horrible.

The property was under construction, so I allow some leeway there - they accounted for that in an appropriate discount. However, they have a long way to go to catch up. Free breakfast was limited to cold cereal and yogurt amongst piles of building materials. Door locks were busted and looked like hangers were collected by donations. The ladders in the pool were broken or had missing rungs and no swim towels were provided. The smell of marijuana permeated the hallways. On the plus side, the building was clean and all staff members were pleasant. I'd investigate for improvement before staying again.

Where do I start.. I did not read the reviews ahead of time. I only checked for pool, price and breakfast. Breakfast was non existent other than dry cereal and pre wrapped muffins. I had to ask 2x for the pool lights to be turned on. The pool was clean and fun. The bathrooms at the pool were not clean, and the womans had a man sleeping in it when went back this morning. I should have known by the woman who warned us when we walked in. The rooms were filthy, and smelled of cigarettes, and mold. The windows opened up which was nice. The trim was peeling , the shower didnt have a curtin that reached the inside so all the water came out. Despite our reservation having 4 people we had towels for 1. The lamp had no shade, the walls were stained. The ceiling was stained. The AC /heat accumulated a pool . The sheets were ripped.. The mattress under was stained. Floors were sticky.

This is the worst "hotel' i have ever stayed at. My first room was filthy, tv didnt work, holes in the wall...my second room was just as bad minus the holes. Sticky, filthy floors, broken exterior window...literally looks like a bullet penatrated the glass! The free breakfast was 3 jars of cereal and a gallon of.milk in the mini fridge...homeless people in and at the entry..just a terrible place to stay and i would never stay at another one anywhere

I understand it’s under construction for remodeling, but there were rather “shady” people milling around the outside, there is a broken glass crack pipe in the pool room, and unknown things in the pool. Room was set at 87 degrees upon entering it was really hot and stuffy, bed cover has cigarette holes, and toilet doesn’t flush very well. Doesn’t seem like a very safe area.

It was cheap but should be cheaper
The room overall was okay, but the bathroom was just plain dirty. A LOT of hair all over the floor and in the tub and even on one of the towels. Not thrilled about the fact that there was almost NO coffee for the morning. There was one large decanter for the every guest and it was empty by 10 am. The beds were hard as rock.

This hotel was under renovation and had I known that during booking I would not have booked a room here. You can tell the property is in need of an update. The towels were thin and cheap and I questioned how clean they were. And our bedding had a burn hole in it.

We stayed for a night.They didn’t have baby crib which was Big Surprise for us. Customer service was poor !!!they have limited breakfast only(coffee,cereal & muffin ) .Overall it was ok for just 1 night stay .Won’t recommend staying for few Days.

Booked this while on the road as a quick and convenient stop on our trip. The hotel seemed to be in the processes of renovations. The door key did not work. Our tub would not drain water. Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night and jigled the handle. The "breakfast" was cereal and juice. Got what I paid for I guess.

Good trip
We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The only issue I had was that the dresser only had knobs the right side for right-handed folk. Due to me being left-handed I had a very hard time opening the dresser drawers. The last day to my hand cramping so bad that I was not able to open the drawer so I left my clothes I hope the next person that can open it will donate my clothes to good will GOD BLESS. Next time we stay I will ask for a left-handed room. I was a little confused by the clock but after doing a little research I figured out that it was old scripture. It translated to have a blessed day. While I was in a 120-mph unprovoked high-speed chase by a crazy man the thing that kept me calm and cool was thinking of the clocks message it spoke to me. Breakfast ends at 9:00 am sharp be early to get the good vittles. Overall, 10 out of 10 as Arnold says we will be back.

People were drinking and fighting all night in the hallway managent did the bare minimum to stop it. People selling drugs in front of the main door and following my wife and propositioning her. Hotel staff either knows what they do or doesnt care. Basically a trap house

The TV was broken, the lock on the door was broken off, the toilet leaked, the handle on the bathroom was broken, the walls were dirty, a man tried to fight me outside the front door and there was a homeless encampment on the side of the building.
