I found my room to be clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was efficient, and a great help in giving me directions to an event I was attending.

It was only an overnight stay but the bed was comfortable and the heat worked really well.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The free breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious and very convenient. There were great deals on the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone!

“Great Room For The Price”

It was a very nice hotel room for the cost, and the continental breakfast was pretty good. Before the worker cleaned up the food he asked everyone if they wanted anything else, which was super cool because I've been at other hotels where you would think the employee was the one paying for the food and they can't clean up quick enough. The bathroom was small and I would prefer that the heater/conditioner fan blew constantly( I need a fan to sleep) but the bed was super comfy. It was a nice room over all.

The hotel and staff were great. My room was always clean and when I asked directions to a particular place they new exactly where to go.

This hotel had a great service. It also had food available 24/7 in the looby area which was very nice. Its a good option if your coming to Kalamazoo.

“continental breakfast yo don't want to miss”

Imagine a dining area big enough for more than 3 tables ! This hotel had a large eating area with a fireplace and of course a large TV. Well maintained breakfast with make your own waffles and my favorite bicuits and gravy .Plus more . Suprise ! We even got a call from the front desk to make sure everything was OK. Clean rooms and it was all non smoking .

“Great for the area”

Hotel was in good condition, great service, easy on and off of highway, which was important because most of our activity was in Battle Creek which only took about 15 minutes to get to. I was disappointed in not getting a non smoking room. The area just doesn't offer any upscale hotels, I was thankful to get a clean hotel room.

“Kalamazoo”

This hotel is a good value for the cost in the area and the breakfast is excellant although sometimes crowded.
