“Graduation Trip to Kalamazoo”

The hotel experience was wonderful. The front desk staff was amazing. Very professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great! The rooms were nice and spacious. We got two rooms one with two queen beds and one with a king size bed. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. Also the hotel is right behind Old Burdicks restaurant which has a great atmosphere and is in walking distance of the hotel.

“Mostly good”

Every worker was very friendly. Continental breakfast was good. The only bad part was that the mattresses were very hard in our room. A friend said she had no problem with the mattresses in this hotel before so it must be a room by room variance. My advice would be to get a room with two beds to increase the chances that one of them is not like a rock.

We travel a lot with our kids for gymnastic meets. There are very good Restaurant near by. The hotel serves a nice breakfast witch is very convenient when we have a 8am meet.

“Convenient Location”

We arrived after 11:00pm. The desk clerk was very pleasant and our reservation was correct. The room was neat,clean and well maintained. I felt the price was reasonable for hotel.The only issue noticed were the bedspreads/comforters. It looked like they had been washed and/or dried improperly because the filling appeared all bunched. It wasn't a big deal, it just didn't fit based on everything else we saw.

The hotel is very good but there is not much to see around as a tourist

“Overnight stay”

The room was very nice. The bed ended up being a lot firmer than we were used to so we did not get a good night's sleep like we thought we would. There were some ceiling tiles missing in the hall that my husband noticed. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I would consider staying here again but would probably test out the bed before it got too late to change rooms.

“I liked it. It was close to wedding we went to.”

The room was clean and the bed was wonderful. It was the best time to be in Michigan with the leaves colorful!
