Unfortunately this stay was a bust. I actually left in the middle of the night. Lobby is clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Rooms were terrible. First, the gave me room 213. I entered the room and closed the door. I looked and noticed that there is gap of over 1" under the door. I immediately thought that isn't good, as this is a motel and the door opens to the outside. Rodents could easily get in and out. I checked the floor along the wall near the door and sure enough there was mouse droppings. I was disgusted. I went over and picked up my stuff and went to leave and a mouse ran out from under the bed and exited the room under the door. I went down and told the staff and they were very apologetic and "upgraded" me to another room without a gap under the door. I had to leave and go to a conference dinner, and I wasn't back until around midnight. I started getting ready for bed, and decided to look for mouse droppings in my new room. None. I lifted the sheets back on the bed and had a look, and it was digusting. The bed definitely had not been changed from the last guest as there were hairs everywhere and dirt and what looked like sock lint. I checked the pillows and one pillow had a crusty (booger?) on it. At this point I just packed up my stuff. I called the staff to come and look, and they saw everything that I saw and again apologized profusely. I told them I am done and that I just want my money back. They agreed. Now I need Expedia's help.

I'm a regular visitor at this hotel as I have business in a near town. But this visit was very frustrating. Unfortunately the neighbouring room was occupied by drunk fighting teenagers yelling and making a total riot ALL night. I made multiple complaints to no avail. I had to spend 7 hrs the next day driving on almost no sleep !

There isn't an explanation that pet fees will occur every night however you do not receive housekeeping services, so why the extra charge.

We checked in pretty late after a 18 hr drive into a pet friendly room we have pets so we are aware of what pet urine smells like. We contact front desk and asked for it to be cleaned or to be moved the lady at the front said she would come and help us I waited up until four am she never arrived. I went in the morning again before leaving to a meeting. My room wasn’t cleaned again that day so I went at night finally was able to get my hands on a mop and cleaned it up myself. I at the end was able to talk to someone at check out about the issues we had they were super sorry that was our experience. They seemed to be under staffed at the time. Just be aware an kind when booking a pet friendly room. Other then that we had a pleasant stay

I am sure that the bedsheets were not changed. Found hairs and muffin crumbs on one bed, hair on the one facecloth supplied. 2 lights didn’t work, dead bolt broken. Not a good experience.

The property is older not in good repair. Although the highway is nearby, we were not bothered by traffic noise. There are several eating options in the area within easy walking distance, We would stay here again.

My friend and I spent a couple of nights at the Rodeway Inn. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. It was lovely to have a little bit of a breakfast before heading out each day. Unfortunately, the ac wasn't working, but thankfully it wasn't necessary to have on. We would return to this place next time we visit Kamloops.

Great stay
Great place for a travelling stopover. Location, parking and layout are good. The room was clean and the fridge and microwave are desirable amenities. The included breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh options. Very satisfied with this motel and will definitely stay again.
