“Nice hotel in a good location”
The hotel is located in a very convenient part of the town with easy access to restaurants and highways. The rooms are nice and clean, the pool was very good. The only thing I did not like was the parking lot. The hotel guests use a common parking lot - it is free but a bit shady.

The staff was very friendly and accomidating. There was a beautful games room and complimenty computers.
“Good overnight hotel”
We were on our way home (California) from Banff, Alberta. Kamloops was a stopover that worked fine for us. We even found a decent sushi restaurant.
“Upgrade a must!”
Our original room was a traditional room with two queen beds on the first floor. We had to move because it was it was very, very noisy - we could hear through the walls normal conversations as well as the room next door's exhaust fan! Once we upgraded to the deluxe, it was much quieter. Hotel is great for downtown restaurants and entertainment. Hotel has outdated decor - but they are trying.
