When I first arrived, I called the front desk and asked if they had an adapter for electrical outlets. I was told one would be brought up right away, but no one ever came. I had to call back a few hours later. This time the girl came up right away with one.
The hotel is quiet, clean and good enough. The layout is a little confusing and you have to go through many doors to get to the rooms so this might be a problem for people who are disable/have trouble walking. But I'm sure you could request a room closer to the reception area. I like this hotel because of the location and it is very clean. Downsides no fridge in room. No complimentary toiletries besides the hand soap and shampoo/conditioner in shower. For the price this is not a big deal though.

Central location in Helsinki. Gusts are emailed an access code to enter the building and their rooms. There is no front desk or staff (other than cleaning staff). So if you want any kind of support or services, you should go elsewhere. Unfortunately there is no "not applicable" in the staff rating for Expedia, so I entered "disappointing" - which it was, actually, as I arrived early and it would have been nice to speak to someone about leaving bags until the 4pm check in.

The hotel was nice and clean, though strange that there was no front counter/lobby. Was perfect for those who come and go at all times. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, and three main shopping centres. The bus/train station was a short walk from the hotel, so everything was quick and easy to get to.

Kamppi is part of the central business district of Helsinki. One of the biggest attractions is Kamppi Centre, a main commercial and residential complex. The Centre includes a central bus system, metro station, a 6 floor shopping center, corporate offices, and apartments. The Old Church of Helsinki, located in Old Church Park, was built in 1862 and is the oldest existing church in Helsinki.
