place to spend the night, not a lot morePosted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was better than I expected
This hotel is really the most basic you can get. It is overall clean and maintained, but build with lowest grade facilities for this type of hotel.

Thanksgiving in KanabPosted Dec 1, 2014
More than decent accommodations for our family plus dog over Thanksgiving weekend. Every room has microwave and fridge and their daily breakfast really was a treat.

Not what I hoped forPosted Nov 20, 2014
Pros: The counter and breakfast staff were very nice and helpful
Cons: The room needs repair and should have been left open for someone needing handicap services. Signs about the complimentary breakfast need to be update
Put in room that was for handicapped. While bathroom was large and useful for someone in wheel chair, neither of us are handicapped. Shower head was hand held mounted half way up the wall. The upper bracket was missing so it couldn't be placed on the wall above the head. This was very awkward when showering. Both the door to the room and the one in the bathroom were damaged and had holes in them. Over all I wouldn't choose to stay here again unless it was necessary. Signs in the hotel stated breakfast was served starting at 6:00 but didn't actually begin until 7:00.

Pros: see above
Location: Kanab has beautiful scenery nearby and a few surprisingly good restaurants.
Large room, big, comfortable bed, breakfast not too bad. Good price as well.

Close to the National ParksPosted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: The local information on the area.
Cons: We stayed in a room where the shower head was very leaky.. Water all over the place.
Location: Movie sets and the national parks.
We first booked to be close to the Grand canyon but when we found the Gunsmoke set we booked another night to learn more. The young man at the front desk gave us great tips on the area. Will go back in a couple of years to spend more time.

Two nights in Kanab.Posted Oct 12, 2014
Cons: I think it was fitting for the area. Maybe cleaner rugs? The suggestion of a place to eat was....not the greatest. But I'm sure she thought it good
Location: We went to the N. Rim of the Grand Canyon and started are trip north by way of Zion and Bryce and Arches.
The location was good to see the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and a great starting place to see Zion and Bryce canyons. The Days Inn seemed to be one of the nicest hotels in Kanab. It was fairly clean, the beds were decent. The Continental breakfast was filling

Pros: Proximity to national parks/monuments..
Cons: Bath/shower need to be updated. Bath/shower has seen hard use.
Your breakfast service was very complete. The choice of breakfast items was great. The food was excellent.

Ok but not greatPosted Oct 6, 2014
The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. But the bed was super hard and the shower was terrible. Only half the water would come through the shower head and it didn't drain well so it was a race against the clock to shower before the tub was full.
