Modern hotel in old west townPosted May 8, 2014
Pros: Clean, modern, quiet rooms. Nice décor.
After a long day of driving, it was nice to arrive at the Holiday Inn Express where we knew we'd get a great, clean room. We were pleased with our room. The breakfast was nice with lots of selections. The beds were really comfortable and the location was quiet.

Great suites for a family with young kidsPosted Apr 25, 2014
Pros: clean, modern, comfortable beds, warm pool and hot tub.
Location: Some say it's too far, but only took 45 minutes to the entrance of Zion (another 20 minutes to the visitor center once in the park) and only 1 1/2 hrs
Only indoor pool for 100 miles and the prices are very reasonable for a suite with 2 comfy queens and a pull-out bed, fridge, microwave, etc. Nice breakfast too.

So Dang Cute!Posted Apr 21, 2014
Pros: Loved the western motif of the hotel! From the cowboy carpet, star light fixtures, western furniture and just a fun, yet upscale western vibe.
Cons: Pricey for the area.
Location: Zion's & dunes
Such a cute hotel in that one horse town. Cleanest, nicest hotel in Kanab. Super friendly staff. It's nice to book sight unseen and not get any gross surprises. 4 nice pillows per bed, really nice bathroom, great HI Express breakfast as usual. Thank goodness this place was a winner! (And across the street is some dang good ice cream!)

Great Cowboy hotel while visiting the parks.Posted Apr 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
I loved the cowboy decor. The room was big and comfortable. It had one of the best breakfasts that I have had at a hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms are a bit noisy. You can hear if other people are noisy in the rooms and hall around. Other than that, the facility was really great!

No GoodPosted Apr 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
We got put in a room beside the elevator shaft and out the window was a catering truck for a BBQ so very noisy. THey were not full up so we do not see why this was necessary. Could be we paid with HOTEL.COM.

I am so very sorry to hear that your stay with us was less than amazing. Unfortunately, our smaller room types are only located next to our elevator and are at a discounted rate because of that, so where you are located in our hotel greatly depends on what type of room you chose when you made the reservation. Next time you plan on staying with us, please feel free to make special requests regarding such things. We always do our absolute best to accommodate our guest's requests. Best Regards! Not a good night to stayPosted Mar 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was okay, but with a lot of noise at adjacent rooms and above us on the next floor till 2am in the morning! I guess there was a bus load of kids staying there, but still, management should have done something about them, like quiet them down. We didn't get any sleep after a long day of driving and were pretty tired. Not very good service.

I do so apologize that your stay with us was less than amazing. We have been getting a lot of school groups lately because it is spring break time. We always do our absolute best to emphasize to all of our guests, especially the groups, how very important it is to keep the noise levels down in consideration of our other guests. Unfortunately, some folks do not always respect that. I am so very sorry. I do so very hope that you will give us another chance to accommodate you sometime in the near future. Best Regards!
