I have traveled all over the world for both business and pleasure and can be pretty particular about my accomodations. The Hoiday Inn Express in Kanab was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and overall I had a great experience. The only room for improvement I would say is the breakfast. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

“Comfort in Redrock country”
Great place along Highway 89. Great pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Excellent access to nearby canyons and red rocks.

“Very comfortable stay”
We were very happy with the quality of our stay. Nice room, very accommodating check-in, and great breakfast. In town location, though a little noisy, was very convenient.

“Nice hotel. Great location!!”
The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right off the main road and easy to access. We enjoyed a very quiet and comfortable stay. I had called ahead and requested a pet friendly room, after making my reservation on Expedia. When we arrived they said I never called, but after I informed them of the persons name that I dealt with, they were quick to fix the sitaution. Very nice breakfast buffet also.

All. Kanab is a very quaint town. Beautiful surroundings not far from Bryce Canyon.
Must see
Absolutelt need to take time to visit Bryce Canyon. Absolutely amazing!

“Decent but noisy”
The room was nice & clean. Breakfasat was pretty good. Good easy to find location. But the hotel is noisy. The walls are thin. The doors closing in every adjacent room are loud. Hard to sleep with all the noise.

“Not happy with experience”
Recently on a road trip over 4 weeks and stayed at 12 different hotels. This one was unfortunately my least favorite. The room was small and cramped and the bed was uncomfortable. Even though I was staying there 6 nights, they would not give me a microwave or mini fridge in my room. They didn't have the accomodating "customer is always right" attitude that I expect from hotel staff. Workout room is 1 treadmill, 1 bike and 1 crappy eliptical. Free breakfast was not great. My room key "de-activated" 3 times while I was staying there and the front desk told me it was because I was keeping it too close to my cell phone (in the same purse...).

If you are an animal lover, visit Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab. It is amazing!

“Oasis in Kanab”
One of the newest buildings in Kanab, this HI Express is a welcome sight for travelers in that area of our country. It is modern looking and inviting - an oasis in the midst of a fairly old town in some rugged country. It is also centrally located and within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and a grocery store.

Nedra's Mexican has decent food and quite a history in photos hanging on all their walls - very interesting to see how many TV shows and movies were shot in that area.
