“Great Stay”
We loved our one night stay at Quail Lodge... We we needed a place to stay on our way to the Grand Canyon and wished we could have stayed longer. Super friendly staff. Very clean.. Look forward to a chance to visit and stay longer.
“National Park Central”
This hotel was a nice find. The room had 2 very comfortable queen beds, refrigerator and microwave plus nice toiletries. Parking was convenient to our room, and the manager was very accommodating. Breakfast was simple but the fresh donuts were delicious. It is an easy drive to Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion National Parks, so if you can't or don't want to stay onsite, this is your next best bet.
“Adorable!”
This motel is leaps and bounds above your average road-side motel. The decor is fabulous with an adorable retro-theme. This style is visible in your room, in the lobby, and even outside - poolside, patio, and lawnchairs outside each door. There are bikes available to use to cruise around Kanab, and dvds to borrow. Quail Park Lodge is a gem! Kanab is a great little town, too. It is very friendly, tidy, with several surpises for a town of its size. I highly recommend it. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 teenaged sons and loved it.
“Amazing Little Place!!!”
Hotel was completely remodeled not long ago, so rooms were surprisingly nice!! Wished we had a hot tub option though, as it was too cold at night for them to turn on the pool!
“Pleasantly Surprised”
We really didn't know what to expect having never stayed there or looked at the property on line. When we pulled up my wife and son were a little skeptical in that we have stayed in older motels in small towns and had really bad experiences. Right when I walked into the office I knew we had made a good choice. Ladd was great...got us checked in, humored us a bit, and made us feel welcome. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We will stay there again for sure.
“Great hotel for traveling to the national parks”
This was a surprisingly comfortable and nice motel. We would definitely stay here again. It is very retro and 50s style but with just the right upgrades.
“Lovely motel with retro details near several National Parks”
Lovely motel that we stayed at while touring Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon National Parks. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing but we still enjoyed our stay. Awesome retro details and very friendly innkeeper.
“A trip back in time.”
A bit surprised when we first arrived but we were delighted with the rooms, town ,people. Would stay again and recommend to others. Reminded me of travels with my folks back in the early 60s.
“Fun Times”
The Propietress, Robin, is one of the most wonderful and engaging person you could ever hope to meet. Stay here just to talk to her and her dogs.
“Stay here! It's wonderful ...”
We had a great experience at Quail Park Lodge! We checked in, to room 11, and immediately loved it (totally different than the first impression you get when driving up). Everything was wonderful. Immediately we decided we'd like to stay for two more nights. Although room 11 was available for one of the two nights, it's not a dog friendly room and we wanted to have a dog sleepover with us from Best Friends Sanctuary. Lan, the manager, was amazingly accomodating and moved us, the following day, to room #3 which was a standard room with 2 queen beds. Lan moved everything for us while we went about our day volunteering at Best Friends. The "standard" room was fine, not as wonderful as the deluxe room - but it worked ... was clean ... still had incredible beds ... AND was part of our Quail Park Lodge experience! We will return, for sure! (FYI - we are well traveled and picky about where we stay. This was just delightful)
