This property was dirty, and run down. Credit card information was taken with a weird homemade scanner glued to the front desk. "Breakfast available" meant no seating inside, in the climate of Southern Utah? We had to refuse the first room because of dirty plumbing, a hole in the wall, and filthy microwave. I wanted to cancel the whole stay, but had booked with Expedia and didn't know if we could refuse the booking.

We booked this as a place to stay for visiting Zion. It's closer to the eastern Zion entrance, and the visitor center is on the west side, so it does require a bit of a drive, but, at least for us, we found that was also reflected in the cost per night being lower. It's clean, a bit dated, and the beds are OK. So, it's a place to spend the night when visiting the natural wonders that are in the area.

This is an older property, but it met all of my needs. It was clean the bed was comfortable and the ac and heating worked. It had a shower tub combo with hot and cold running water. Soap is supplied, but you will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. A market is nearby to purchase. I would recommend this property to friends and family on a budget.

The property is set back from the main highway making it relatively quiet. Although a bit dated it had everything we needed including a microwave and fridge. The heater was slightly noisy but I’ve definitely had worse. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The staff were courteous and helpful. Overall a great value for budget travelers.

We had reservations to stay at this property but didn’t end up staying as the property and rooms were not at all as advertised and shown in pictures. I was shown 2 rooms as the first room was dirty and had a terrible smell, the second room smelled better but the bathroom was grimy and dirty, there was smalls holes and broken off paint on the wall and the lamp shades were broken and dangling from the lights. I questioned the guy who said he was the manager - and he acted like everything was clean and in good order and that I was being ‘hard to please’. He was very rude and impossible to talk to. I requested my $ back because of the condition of the rooms, I was not going to stay there with my 2 kids. He refused as said it was less then 24hrs notice. I will continue to fight that as I simply couldn’t stay there. Dirty and gross! I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my life and I’ve never experienced anything like this. In fact I’ve never written a bad review!! But this place was terrible!! The property the rooms and the service! The ‘discount’ price is NOT worth it! I headed over to the Best Western and they were absolutely amazing!! Clean property, nice rooms, exceptional service!

Dec before a quick drive-thru stay. One night was great, the staff was the better part, and the beds are extremely comfortable. It was loud at one point and you can hear neighbors a little bit but otherwise it was worth the money. Would do a quick stay again if needed

Person at the desk was friendly. The room was inexpensive, but with a fee of $20 per dog. The room itself seemed to have not been vacuumed, the floor was filthy with trash still present. The sheets were clean, albeit stained.

This was my second stay at this property. Same room. Beds were comfortable. Loading, unloading was easy. Same, friendly staff. Great shower (fan was a little loud until it got up to speed). I will be staying here again. Great location in a great town

The hotel is as good as you are paying. No bugs, clean, a little odd due to light fixtures missing. But if you are just wanting a place to sleep near the Coral sand dunes, Zion, and Bryce, then this place if perfect.

perfect for needing a cheap place to crash, town is cute, the property the motel is on is rundown, sinkhole sits just beyond a pool (site did not say hottub was closed, just pool)

Our room was clean but the sink and counter were short like in a handicap room except we were on the second floor with no elevator. The floor creaked so bad, sleeping was disrupted. Breakfast would have been good if there was a place to sit down. Even the room’s didn’t have a chair to sit by the table. Wouldn’t choose this place again.

No hot water, used vaping pipe in one of the beds, TV volume was on high and would not turn down. Very dated, and not cleaned! Pictures on ads must be from 15 years ago!

I stay at this hotel for the third time, and each time I am grateful to the owners and staff of this small, cozy place for their friendliness, willingness to help, and quick check-in at any time of day or night. The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with a fridge, microwave, safe, and an efficient, non-noisy heater. The area around the hotel is quiet, with mini-stores and cafes within walking distance. I will gladly come back here again.

Great deal for the price!
Nice, spacious room. Main complaint is that the microwave didn't work. It would not pull out far enough to let me access the cord to see if it was unplugged. Also, when I attempted to access it from the back, the cabinet was much too heavy to move. There was some dirty plastic spoons and other trash behind it. I disposed what I could get to. Staff was very friendly & courteous, and there's even waffles & cereal for breakfast!

Good night sleep.
We needed to stay the night on our way home and we got a room to rest up for the second day of driving. Friendly staff. $20 for our puppy. Slept well and would stay there again.
