Pros: Beds were comfortable
Cons: Furnishing outdated. Bedspread old.
Okay for a quick one night stay.

Pros: Direct TV in rooms
Cons: Toilet needs repairing and there were not many plug-ins in the room, one was not a 3 prong plug.
Location: There were only a couple of fast food restaurants. The National Parks were closed due to the government shut down, so things to do were very limited.
Confused about our reservations. The person at the front desk began giving us a room in some one else's name. The TV and cable did not work until someone from the office had to come work on it. The toilet did not flush good. We had a 3 night reservation there, but changed to another hotel for the last 2 nights. This was partly due to the room and that the National Parks were closed and we moved to another city to find state parks and other places to tour.

Pros: The exterior is Spanish style, very pretty!
Cons: Put in new bathroom sink hardware!
Location: Very good--near Zion National Park and other such attractions.
This hotel room was adequate, if you don't mind a bathroom faucet that doesn't work properly and a sink stopper that doesn't work at all.

We were put into the first room - the bed was tore apart and sitting in the middle of the room in pieces - beer cans were strewn on the floor. We were moved to a second room that looked like it was circa 1972. It was dirty, smelly and tacky. Nothing professional or business-like about it. It was about 100 degrees in the room and the A/C didn't work. The third room they put us in was the keeper. It still seemed dirty in a 40 year old kind of way. Nothing except the lobby and the pool were updated. We found out that the hotel had been bought out by a chain. They should have checked out the place before they put their name on the hotel! It was too expensive for the quality received.

It was a place to sleep on our way home. Outside was very cluttered and dirty. Our room was missing the drinking cups and the sink stopper would not work. Even though the room was for four, there was one small bottle of shampoo and one small bar of soap. There was an envelope in the room with the name of the person that had prepared the room asking for a tip., pretty cheesey. The continental breakfast was meager, miniture muffins, cereal and juice. The room was clean and it was a place to crash on our way home. I've paid the same price for another place in town (booked already) but had a superior facility and service. Will stay here again only if other loactions are booked.

Pros: The quiet and the relative spaciously of the room.
Cons: Repaint and plaster the exterior.
Location: Just off the highway in the middle of town. Good for visiting Zion or the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
For the price, this is not a bad motel. It was quiet, reasonably clean, and the beds were in reasonable shape. Nothing to write home about, but fine for the price. The exterior of the motel is getting worn, and give a bad first impression.

Hotel was adequate. No refrigerators in room, ice machine at the front office, no coffee machine in room, coffee at front office. Continental breakfast at the front office, nowhere to sit down
