DisappointedPosted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: Was in a great location. Beautiful red cliffs in view.
The actual experience was far from what was advertised. The breakfast "buffet" was a cook your waffle, fruit loops and tiny chocolate chip muffins! There was mold in the shower. The room was heavily perfumed to cover ????? Too much money for what was provided.

Fine for the money paidPosted Sep 3, 2013
We covered 3 places in 3 days, we wanted to stay equal distance from all 3 national parks(Zion, Bryce, Antelope) so this was at comfortable location. Room was small with very basic facility but the hair dryer was good quality and breakfast was also good enough..It's okay for the price.

Not a value but you don't have a lot of options!Posted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Mattress was great! Bathroom was very clean! Everything else was dingy! Could not tell if it was because stuff was dirty or just old and worn out. Really how much effort would it really take to pull weeds, sweep the walks, and wash the windows in the lobbies of each of the unit clusters? Be prepared, the rooms are tiny and the AC/heat unit is right next to your bed and like many motel units is not quiet. The breakfast is straight up carbs! No fruit or protein. Will avoid this place in the future.

Minimal amenitiesPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was clean, but small. No coffee pot. No light on one side of bed. Odd set up with small, dingy lobby at entrance of rooms, and dark hallway leading into the room. Breakfast quite lean.

Cheep motel a little to pricy, fair location.Posted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Located across the street from a fantastic Mex Restaurant
Cons: see above
Location: In Kanab Utah you are not far from anything to see or do.
It was all I could find for this busy weekend. I have stayed many places in Kanab Ut. and this will not be high on my list if I can find anything else. The room had one king bed but the fitted sheet was for a Queen. The shower stall has mold on the walls and the shower head. The room had a good refer and microwave, but no coffee pot. There was no tissue suppled only TP. Large walk in closet. The TV is a very old tube type but had lots of channels on cable. The Mex Restaurant across the street is fantastic. I have no idea what the suites is all about this is a prefab one story multi unit and all units look to be the same.

Pros: Bed, price, and staff.
Cons: As I said before-box of tissues and an electric clock.
Location: Plenty of sightseeing around, but not why we went there.
The inn was easy to find (small town). Breakfast was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were nice and fluffy. Wi-Fi was a little slow, but adequate. Cable TV had 60 channels. Room air conditioner was a little noisy (they all are) so at night I turned it off and opened the window. Was awakened by a rooster next door about 8. Good timing. Lacked a couple of amenities one might find at at the next level inn-box of tissues and an electric clock. .
