Royal Inn & Suites

It is a small, older motel probably built in the 1960's or earlier. The room had modern furniture and bedding, and was clean, but it needs some updates. The shower stall was harvest gold in color and in need of replacing. There was some junk outside the back of the motel and even more behind the chain-link fence in the neighbor's yard. A privacy fence would help. The breakfast was very adequate, with two waffle irons and a variety of other things. Even though it was old and didn't look great, there was nothing that would keep me from staying there again.

OK for the price and one nights stay, but wouldn't recommend for a long stay.

During our stay, we visited Zion, Bryce amd the North rim of the grand canyon. Early breakfeast, a full day at the Parks...Lovely vacation

You get the typical US motel experience, the rooms were clean, there was nothing to complain about. The room has fridge, but the microwave is in the common area.

Anyone traveling to red rock country knows. That bargains are few and far between. This motel is decent and for the area it's also inexpensive. It's clean, quite and over all a decent place to stay.

They are still working on remodeling, simple hotel, but clean and friendly.

The accomodations were acceptable for the price. Room was small, but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower stall was cosmetically marginal. It was nice to have the microwave and small refrigerator.

Nothing fancy, but it was clean. The common area in the building I stayed looked like a dump but the room was OK. The window heating/AC unit was turned off when I got there so the room was pretty cold, but it heated up quickly enough.

This hotel was the cheapest on expedia so I wasn't expecting a lot, but I was very impressed with our stay! The staff was great. The rooms aren't fancy and they are small, but they are clean and fine especially if you are going to be out and about most of the time. They have breakfast in the morning too. I would stay there again.
