“Very valuable price”

Very close to Zion and Bryce canyon national park. Very good price and service. My family was really satisfied with staying here.

“Quaint, Clean and Quiet”

I was only able to stay one night as I passed through town, but I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located right off the highway, so is easy to find. However, it is set back so there is very little traffic noise. The rooms are large, have a very nice Victorian decorative flair, and comfortable. My room was very clean and nicely appointed. The AC unit was relatively quiet and I could not hear my neighbors. The breakfast (included with the stay) was simple but delicious. This hotel is quite a find in a small place like Kanab and the decor makes it a memorable experience.

“Lovely Inn”

This inn is under new management and ownership and it is great! This will definitely be our place to stay in Kanab when we visit Best Friends--which we do several times a year. Beautiful lobby, clean and nicely-decorated rooms with sparkling bath, hot breakfast included. Only minus for us was very thin walls through which we were very able to hear our neighbors.

really like it! wonderful surrounding, in a small town but central to southern parks in Utah as well as Grand Canyon North rim. the hotel was even better than I already expected it to be. really nice, clean, and kind welcoming.

We chose this hotel because others were full, but we were so glad it turned out that way! Beautiful inn with plenty of attention to detail. The room was small but nicely decorated and spotless. Friendly innkeepers directed us to a great local restaurant. Our stay included a tasty cooked to order breakfast. Next time we would definitely choose the Victorian Charm Inn first!

“Brilliant”

Thought hotel was going to be old. Actually only a few years old, but done in Victorian style. Owner run-delightful. Cooked to order breakfast and wireless internett included. Close (80 mile) to north rim of grand canyon. Spa bath in room, but only hand held shower. No coffee maker,but available from kitchen. Quaint.

Excellent Breakfast. Not at all a continental breakfast, but a full filling one.

“Breathtaking Hotel”

We were on our way back to Phoenix from Salt Lake City and were too tired to go the distance. This Hotel was so cute from the outside we decided to give it a try. What an amazing place! The rooms were beautiful, the bed the most comfortable I have slept in and I didn't want to get up or leave. The foyer was amazing. I felt I had gone back in time but instead of everything being 100 years old it was all new (a "Somewhere in Time" dejavu). The front desk clerk was so accomodating and went beyond to help both myself and my husband on a later occassion. I had to text my family and tell them about the hotel I was so impressed. I don't know if all the rooms have a fireplace but ours did (too bad it was too hot outside to turn it on). The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen in a long time and we travel a lot. I would not hesitate for a minute to recomend this hotel.

We loved the Victorian Inn. We were on our 16th anniversary and loved everything about it. Clean rooms, great breakfast, very nice staff.
