Great for those who want to cook for themselvesPosted Jul 27, 2013
Pros: The helpful staff, generous space, nice furniture and well equiped kitchen
Cons: The broken tile and vanity but thats just asthetics
Location: Location was out of the city but close to bus station
The staff couldn't have been more accomodating, checking us in early and allowing us to leave our car in their carpark for the day after checking out so we didn't need to take it into the city. The room was very quiet, comfortable and was really well equipped with a great kitchen for those wanting to cook for themselves. A crack in the top of the vanity and a cracked floor tile spoilt the overall look of the bathroom but neither affected the comfort and functionality of the space so if you could overlook these things, as we did, you would say the appartment was really lovely. There was a main bus station about 100 metres down the road across from the Gaba and it was a quick ride to the centre of the city. There was a supermarket nearby. We felt it was very good value for money.

Not HappyPosted Jul 24, 2013
Extremely noisy Shower base was broken Cornice missing from some of the ceiling 2 Foxtel channels, no sport channels Location on the corner of two main roads with heavy traffic all the time. It is descibed as being in one of the better suburbs in Brisbane Kangaroo Point, which is correct by about 20 meters. I would NEVER stay there again nor recommend it to any one else.

Good location but accom dissapointingPosted Jul 22, 2013
Pros: Location to Southbank Waterfront.
Location: approx 1k walk to Southbank waterfront. I like to run so it was perfect and the area around the boardwalk is fantastic. Area at night felt a bit seedy
The hotel itself is in a brilliant loacation 1k from Southbank waterfront. Its on a very busy main road which is noisy at night if your not used to 24hr traffic. The appartment itself was quite small although beds were comfortable. Its quite dated and I'm not sure how it deserved its 4* rating.

Very basic but servicablePosted Jul 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
A basic motel style setup (more so than hotel) in a noisy area in the southern end of Kangaroo Point.

apartments dont all have washer/dryers!(only deluxPosted May 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
booked 1 bed apartment as advert said washer/dryer: this is wrong! - there are communal facilities, but only delux apartments have own washers. V grateful for a free upgrade, when i pointed out mistake. The delux apartment was nice; the standard one (seen only briefly) looked a bit worn although sofas & bed looked ok. Location: a half hour walk to central brisbane by a busy road initially, then the lovely south bank, or pedestrian footbridge into the botanic gardens

Treasure your sleep? This is not for you.Posted May 20, 2013
Pros: Great kitchen. Great shower! Helpful, friendly staff.
Cons: Apartment was not the same as the pictures in the ad.
Location: Close to supermarket, pub, fast food, Gabba. Walking distance to Southbank, Goodwill Bridge in to the city or to the river ferries.
We were initially disappointed upon arrival in our appointed room. We felt it did not reflect the pictures on the site, was dark, had no private balcony as expected & the furniture was quite worn, the couch in particular needed placing. The room was not sound proofed in anyway & given the proximity to a very main road this made for terrible sleep, however double glazing was not promised in the site information so this is more of an observation; whilst on a very rare holiday away from the stresses of life we would've preferred a bit more of a peaceful rest. We found the staff to be extremely helpful & accommodating & the kitchen facilities were of high standard as was the bathroom. These apartments are close to shops & restaurants; Southbank is only a 1.5km walk away. We really enjoyed the closeness of everything. Overall we had a good stay, just a few attributes let it down.

overall nice placePosted Feb 26, 2013
The room was much better than it looked from the outside.and very comfortable for a family.it was the cleanest hotel we've seen to date. Only problem was the traffic in the area but it's to be expected in a city.the bathroom could probably use a little love & care-bu overall a nice place.
