location was extremely convienant to where we were visiting. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. We have all ready recommended this hotel to friends and family. Looked their locations up on-line, and will definately be using them when we travel.

This hotel is a must stay for families, couples, or single travelers. Hotel staff is proffesional and always eager to make you stay more comfortable. Pool and hot tub are always clean and working. Rooms are comfortable and affordable. Continental breakfast is nice.

clean, reasonably priced, good wi-fi, decent hot breakfast included several restaurants within a mile (Tuscany Steak and Pasta / Manical Pizza for example) and some were walkable

“Great Value”

I booked a good rate on-line and had always had good experiences with the Country Suites properties. This was no exception. Everything was clean and in good working order. The breakfast offerings were many and the staff was very nice. My only constructive criticism is to install shower heads with more pressure.

I travel a fair amount, so have certain expectations. Here, front desk didn't tell us breakfast time, had to ask, then was told the wrong starting time for the next morning. Also, had to ask for internet access information. Bathroom had 1-2 hairs on counter and in toilet at check-in - that's kind of gross but hopefully a one time occurrence. But, location was convenient, hotel had been recently remodeled, although bedding looked old and worn. Pool had 'adult swim' hours which is a nice touch. So, overall, okay, just not great. A little improvement and it could be a great deal.

We were very impressed with our overall stay. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was very large, clean and comfy. The breakfast bar was varied and well stocked. It included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals/fruit, biscuits & gravy, french toast, donuts,bagels,etc. There was coffee, cookies and fruit in the lobby at all times. The pool area was clean and always had lots of clean towels. There were several places to eat within a few blocks.

“worst hotel ever”

I guess more could have gone wrong, but I can hardly imagine what. It took 4 return trips to the front desk to finally get into the room I reserved. The next day the key didn't work, and then The wrong soda came out of the vending machine. Also, the exercise equipment was terrible and put together wrong. When I tried to check out, I found out that they had charged me DOUBLE!!! WHAT!!! Talk about insult to injury.
