Very nice, extra-clean and extra friendly staff. The only problem is that we could only stay a short time because of my schedule.

Excellent!! Home-Towne Suites was everything it said it would be as detalied on their website. We were coming to North Carolina for a Bobcats game and vacation and we were nervous to book a hotel and once we get there be horrified but we were Extremely pleased with our choice here. The staff was vary friendly and it was located off the I-85 so it was easy axcess to anywhere we wanted to go. The rooms are the perfect size for two people; if you plan to travel with more than two i suggest getting a bigger room. The beds were very comfortable, the room was cleaned and had no odor, the bathroom was spotless and the added kitchen was a perk; the wireless internet was free and it worked and there is free parking. Will definetly be staying here when we return to NC in September. A great buy for your money!!

it was cost effective and it was great to be able to take my four legged family member. it was my first expedia experience and i was pleased.

They say they are an extended stay hotel. That means no breakfast, no swimming pool and, in my case, no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise, they are fine.

Liked everything about the place except for the fact that they do not have someone at the front desk 24 hours a day as the ad said on expedia. I choose this place based on that fact alone. Was very unhappy about that as there was a person in the parking lot waiting on someone to come and go in and let them in because they had locked themselves out. This makes for a dangerous situation for someone. Would not recommend coming here if you cant be there before the front desk closes.

“Good fit.”

Hotel personnel were friendly, manager helpful. Bathroom had dirt around the edges of the floor, looked old. If I had known the freeway was so close, I wouldn't have booked this hotel, but we got used to it after 3 nights. The location is perfect, easy freeway access and great restaurants. Overall, we would stay here again. Having your own "one bedroom appt" is nice, tho small. It suited just fine. Will mention a few things to manager when we check out. We will be back in the area in a few years and will likely stay here again.

“comfort of room”

No blow dryer-coffee pot but no cups or condiments-non-smoking room, but smelled as if it was smoked in. Needed to get Lysol spray and spray.

“Fit the bill, but not where I'd want to be for a long time”

The hotel was clean, but the lobby reaked of cigarette smoke. While the hotel was convenient to the highway (and Home Depot if I had some overwhelming desire to shop there while travelling AWAY from my home and garden), I did not feel entirely comfortable leaving my car parked way out in the lot. A lot of labor types wandered in and out (not that a hotel can help that) and the area surrounding the hotel just isn't charming or anything--it is just a convenient and clean place to rest between long drives. IHOP was close by--added bonus. But that area is just bland, former mill-town, commercial, and uninteresting.

“Very middle of the road”

Location is not bad, close to highway entrances. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The fault seems to be with the general cleanliness/maintenance of the building. We chose this hotel because of the kitchenette, but the kitchen floor did not seem to have been swept/wiped. The appliances were clean and in good working order. There was one day towels were not replaced. The room served its purpose and we did not have any unrealistic expectations. Just don't expect 4 star conditions in this likely 2 star establishment.
