The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was close to the airport. The room was clean and had plenty of space. The only thing lacking was a closet or somewhere to hang clothes.

Room had ‘issues’. Toilet seat was loose, Floor was mushy in spots. Bed (on rollers!) would move when you sat on it. Mattress could have been more comfortable. Probably to be expected to a degree considering the attractive cost of the room.

Kyle, thank you for your feedback, we do have a shuttle service that is operational from 4am-midnight, with 24 hour reservation for shuttle pickup* (subject to 35.00 fee if booked through a third party.) We would be glad to accommodate you. We also have a park and fly package we offer guests who are wanting to rent a room and leave their vehicle on our lot during their travels.

Extremely convenient to the Kansas City International airport. Gas and fast food options in the immediate vicinity. Hotel is pretty well maintained but showing its age. Staff were friendly but while our reservation should have made clear need for bedding for sofa-sleeper and extra towels, we had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get everything needed.

Layout of suite was perfect. - heater/a-c/fan unit in 202 was dirty. - motel needs to hire a breakfast host, not have the front desk do dubble-duty - no de-caf coffee, out of milk Breakfast supplies should be reviewed and filled the day before.

Small TV with no tv channel guide. TV would frequently lose the signal. The room door was so misaligned with door frame that you could see into the hallway on the bottom half of the door. In short, this hotel is overdue for an update.

The front desk was exceptionally sweet she made checking in after a very long drive very convenient and easy as well as check out! She offered me a receipt I didn’t need to give a deposit or have all my Identification ready she had everything ready for me the customer Wow where does this happen ever anymore? I would recommend this place always!

I like this hotel very clean beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The one downer was that the exit going to the hotel. The bridge was closed so it takes an extra five minutes to get off at the exit before.

Loved our stay, the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. When we first arrived around 10 pm, the fireplace was lit and very welcoming. There is a $50 deposit required, and it is released immediately on your departure. The breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy, sausage, donuts, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, I loved being able to make pancakes and waffles at the hotel again. Only complaint, I have is Our room door did have a slight gap between it and the wall but nothing major. If I ever have to travel back to Kansas City we will stay there. It is only 28 minutes to downtown and away from all the hustle and bustle of the City.

Our studio room was comfortable and spacious. If you need a comfy, reasonably price place to stay near the airport this is your place. Also located near food places which was very convenient.

The room was spacious and clean yet there was no hangars supplied nor any cups in the room. The worst part was the entire property was kept at a ridiculously high temperature. My stay was during the winter and the outside temp was below freezing but I had to run the air conditioning in the room to be comfortable. The hallways and lobby were like a sauna. Unacceptable.

The hotel was super clean and the staff Raj and Co. were very accomodating. For example we were allowed to check in early with no issues as we arrived very early and needed go sleep. All kinds food nearby, and airport 10 min drive on highway. Overall great stay.
