We reserved three rooms. We had family that reserved four more. One room had a shoe under the chair from the previous stay. One room smelled so bad like something was spoiled. Turning heat on made the smell worse. They had gnats flying around in lobby. At check-in individual checking us in checked us in for one night but we’re staying for three. When questioned if he had it correct he reassured us he did. Hotel staff locked us out of our room the next day until we checked back in. Prices that were quoted changed by 40 plus dollars from original quote that was made at reservation. The event room we reserved for our gathering was not ready and so cold we made the decision to hang out in the lobby instead and asked for a refund. Morning of checkout - checkout as at 11 we went down to say goodbye to family before ten and when we went back up to our rooms at ten we were locked out of our rooms. Horrible place we will not be back!

The hotel staff were very nice! Breakfast was good! We stayed on the 2nd floor, we heard lots of kids running on the floor above us which stopped near our bedtime though.

I would not recommend this hotel. The pictures online do not match what you get at the hotel. Bathroom in our room had peeling paint and what looked like painted over mold. Room was hot and we had to run A/C all night to make it comfortable (which ended up meaning blowing cold air onto the bed all night). Pool looked cloudy and dirty, elevator did not appear reliable, and breakfast was picked over and a mess at 8:30am. We had to go to IHOP instead. Just be forewarned, what you see on hotels.com is not want you get.

Nice rooms, very clean. Lounge/bar not open, elevator not working. Half of breakfast was not available (according to their posted menu), but the limited items were good. Gluten free cereal mixed with non-gluten free selections. Pretty good night of rest. Never found an ice machine, but did not ask for help-so it’s on me, but it shouldn’t be that hidden.

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend. Our hotel room was pretty dusty, the toilet didn’t work so my boyfriend fidgeted with it and got it to finally flush, the littler faucet in the bathroom didn’t work, dust all over, there were dirty finger prints all over the doors, there was a hole in the bathroom wall near the bathtub. We called before booking to make sure the pool was in working order due to some reviews stating it wasn’t. They assured us it was good, we got there and went straight to the pool and the water was probably 25 degrees along with their “spa area”. It was a big let down. The bed was VERY comfy but pillows were thin. It was not worth the $150.00 spent.

Our family was in town for a wedding we rented 5 rooms of the 5 3 had non working toilets when I went to call the front desk the phone didn’t work it took well into the living room to get them fixed and one they couldn’t fix so they switched rooms. Besides the bathroom issues their pool had to be shut down due to excessive chlorine it was so bad it would choke ya in the hall way. For the price I expected working and functioning items and a dang pool that the kids were excited to use but were let down when they couldn’t

Everything was fine. Breakfast was very good. Only minor complaint was not being able to use the phone in the room for local or 1-800 numbers. Because I live in a foreign country, I did not have cell phone service so I was hoping to be able to use the phones in the room.

Check was awesome, very clean and nice, room was clean, bed mattress was bad, needs to be replaced, pool was terrible, machine and hoses blocking stares, ladder missing, by day two water was so cloudy you could not see the bottom, day 2 we ask to have room cleaned and linings replaced, got back 9 hours later to find nothing was done, had to get new towels from front desk, I have stayed here before, but the place is slipping, don’t think I’ll go back

Hotel was great… many cigarette butts outside front door, obvious it was an employee hot spot. Breakfast was not attended to in the last half hour offered and a great disappointment for that reason

We chose this hotel because of the pool. When we arrived they said the pool was down and they couldn't comp us due to using hotels.com for booking. We needed to stay in town for extra night and the bar wasn't going to be open. We had a leak in our bathroom and all our towels were wet, when called front desk they said they would bring some up in the morning. When asking about towels next morning they figured since we were checking out we didn't need them. They don't do any house keeping.

Booked this hotel because of the pool and slide for our kid’s weekend birthday get away , got there and was informed pool is getting renovated, nothing about it in the web sight . Hotel was dirty , and smelled bad . Tv tomorrow didn’t work , tried to calm the front desk , phone didn’t work . Shower curtain rod was broken , surround solid controls were hanging out of the entertainment center . Not a good experience.

It served its purpose but for the price i was disappointed. The lobby is the nicest part of the place. The rest was dirty, stinky, and run down. Parts of our room looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in a long time and the dust above the bed was extremely noticeable.

Was looking forward to the indoor pool area with water slide as advertised for my kids When we checked in we were told it’s closed for renovations…went ahead and checked in anyway When we arrived into our room we immediately were hit with an awful smell, the lights would not turn on in our unit, and the toilet was running with seat up and toilet tissue inside the toilet We decided to check out immediately When checking out I was told I would be compensated for that night And have yet to receive compensation Completely disappointed
