“Great place to sleep before catching a plane”

The hotel staff was very helpful and they did pick us up in the cold weather. We just slept at the hotel with kids. They have a happy hour and it helped us relax before our trip. The rooms very clean, bed very comfortable, and only short distance from airport. Also you can park there cheaper than the airport.

“"NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL!" "Not Impressed"”

Understaffed! Hotel in major need of painting and cleaning. 1st room had mold growing in frig, litter on balcony. 2nd room was better. However, asked for extra sheets for sofa sleeper. After 30 minutes, I went to the front desk to ask about sheets. No one available to work desk and get sheets, finanally got sheets (10:45 pm). TV remote low batteries (only worked 3 feet from TV and buttons on TV did not work at all). Internet service was almost nonexistant. We were told to call a phone number for assistance. We never had internet for lap top, kids were able to get on their i pod touch. I asked for map of area and front desk couldn't help. I needed an area map so I went to the information flyers around the corner and found one myself. Breakfast was ok - but we constantly had to ask for more waffle mix, syrup, etc. The best thing going for this hotel is location. If management would be willing to spend the bucks to have the hotel go a major cleaning and spend money on paint, it wouldn't be all that bad. They also need additonal staff.

“OK to sleep not much else”

Being near the airport is this hotels only good point. Room comfortable. Food service almost non-existent and very dark. Not much nearby other than the other hotels restaurant which was outsyanding.

“Older Property in Need of an update”

This hotel was located close to the airport. Good location, bed was comfortable but the amenities were very old. The gym had 6 pieces of older equipment cramped in one small room. You had to go check out the "magnet key" from the front desk to get the treadmill to work. The help (restaurant staff including a chef) hung out at the front desk talking. The staff was not professional.

Area recommendations

I do recommend taking the time to see the Missouri river and the Boone river area as the cliffs and surrounding land are absolutely beautiful.

“not impressed withe the employees”

the accommodations were acceptable, what you would expect for close to the airport. The employees were very unorganized. checkin was confusing and the employee offered for us to use our phone to check in or he could use his personal laptop..... we were unable to check in for our flight because their dial up was not fast enough to connect with the airlines. we won't use that hotel again.

“Dont waste your time here.”

The Sleep Number beds did not work, No wash clothes in the room, It was a place to stay and that is about it. We had to have our room keys repogramed several times. Every time we were at the front desk we heard many others complaints.

“Where's the help?”

Multiple times I requested washcloths, both by phone and in person. I must have inconvenienced the staff, because after the 3rd day, I gave up. I got my washcloths, but had to almost beg. The key lost its code several times, they needed help at the front desk because the lines were long. I understand it was a race weekend, but seriously, get some help. The race schedule is out a year in advanced. I got what I paid for or did I? Bed was comfortable.

“Great Price, great location”

Hotel stay was great. But this hotel starting to have a run down appearance. Pool and hot tub definitely needed to be cleaned. Room was great and service was great. Would definitely stay again.

“ethernet”

I liked my room and the staff. But the rooms don't have wi-fi, just ethernet which didn't work for my laptop. The TV was old and I had to get remote batteries from the desk. But the room was fine, staff friendly, and parking fine. There were a few ants in my room upon return.
