“Sprint Center Concert”

We booked this hotel to go to a concert at the Sprint Center. We should have taken a taxi to and from the concert (like another reviewer had done), but we walked the approx. mile distance. Great hotel for our needs.

“Pleasantly surprised!”

We were a little uncertain about a hotel near downtown for this low price but was surprised. It was very nice and in a good location. The hot breakfast was better than some.

“Great place to stay if you are going out in Power and Light”

Not the best neighborhood but perfect if you are going out in downtown K.C. There were cabs in the parking lot waiting, $6 and you are at Power and Light. Way better deal than staying at one of the expensive places within walking distance from P & L. Very clean and quiet. Already booked again for our next night out in K.C.

“Will do again!”

This was our first time to KC to attend a concert at the Sprint Center. I read the reviews of this hotel and decided to save a lot and go for it instead of staying right by the Sprint Center. It was very close to the Power and Light district and I was informed a cab ride was 5 dollars to the Sprint Center. The staff was great and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk called the cab for us and within 10 minutes the cab was there and it was 6 dollars for both of us right to the door. Same with coming home after the concert. If you are attending an event at the Sprint Center or just visiting downtown, this place can save you a lot!

“Will definitely return perhaps for a longer break next time.”

A very nice well maintained hotel in the middle of everything. Good location for us as we were attending a bowling tournament which was not far from this hotel. Children enjoyed staying here because of the small but adequate pool and good breakfast facilities. Staff were extremely friendly and helped us to find local amenities and places to visit and eat locally. Overall a good stay and we will return at a later date preferably for a longer period next time.
