“typical marriott visit”

I was delighted with the breakfast service. It was far too easy to over eat. The hotel was well located to my convention and easy to find.

“Comfortable Clean Reasonable”

Safe area, very clean, comfortable room with separate dressing room from bath which enables two to use the area better. Lady at desk checkin was courteous but simply pointed to general area of room and luggage cart which after driving seven hours was a bit much. Map of area would have been nice. Overall no real complaints.

Exceptional value overall, hotel was well kept and room was very clean. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended, food was both hot and delicious. Hotel is very accessible to I-435 and was easy to find. We will definitely stay here again!!

“Wonderful Stay”

My husband and I stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop on our way across country. After a day of driving, the hotel was very pleasant and didn't suffer many of the standard issues such as loud hallways, loud guests, and uncomfortable smells in the room. It was just what we needed and we'll be sure to return the next time we're in Overland Park.

“Frequent KC trip”

I found this hotel to provide a very clean environment. The beds I found were comfortable. My son thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. We also had the chance to enjoy the full breakfast which was extremely convient and free. My family frequents the KC area and will definitely be returning.

“comfortable & friendly”

A few of us stayed here for a family reunion in KC. Right down the street from Jack Stack's BBQ. Too long of line at the restaurant, so we got carry out and brought it back to hotel. They were so nice to let us use the breckfast area to eat our BBQ altogether! Then we went out to the courtyard, which was full of trees and sat in the gazebo. Rooms were very nice with small couch, desk chair & 2 patio chairs. It was very nice to have a balcony you could sit on to get fresh air vs. the high rise hotels w/o balconies that were near by. Breckfast had excellent choices and a very great waitress! Highly recommend anyone to stay here!
