Bad experience
The heater in the room was set at 90 when i walked in and it might have been 60. The hot water stayed cold. The shower head was missing and had been replaced with a mtn dew bottle. I checked out immediately.

I got there and they didnt have the double room i had booked they said the toliet was broken so they gave me two singles and then couldnt access 2nd room so had to be given a 3rd roomafter waiting over n hr then i came back on day two of my stay and couldnt access my room again. Luckily i got a full refund but other than that i wouldn't re book this place again if you paid me.

I went to check in and was told I had no reservation, the hotel called me later asking if I was in my room and when I said that I was told no reservation was under my name they became unprofessional and started cursing, not at me but at the situation. Terrible customer service and terrible experience.

My non smoking room smelled so strongly of cigarettes we ended up leaving and finding a new hotel. We could still smell the cigarettes on our clothes even though we were only there for 3 min. The entire place had a very unsafe feel to it.

Not at all what we were expecting. had to last minute change hotels. the room wasn't ready for us at check in, and kept getting pushed back. People were doing drugs while sitting in their doorways. The staff was very rude and less than helpful.

We were pleased by the condition of the room, but we did find roaches crawling under the fridge-they didn't bother us. Had to use the elevator when stairs would have been more convenient.

There are to many shady things about this hotel to list them all. We decided we would rather take our chances driving 3 1/2 hours back home at midnight than staying in this hotel.

The check in process was easy and the front desk manager was very nice but seemed to be overwhelmed. I checked into my room which I found the sheets were not clean and had bugs( roaches) in it! I immediately reached out to the front desk to let her know the issue and I returned right away with the keys to have the room canceled as I was not going to stay there in those conditions. Spoke with several people who were very nice and now I am just waiting for a refund. Very unfortunate that this happened as I was left as an out of town guest to scramble to find somewhere to sleep.

We are extremely alarmed by your statement regarding roaches during your stay with us, we take these situations very seriously indeed. I appreciate that we cannot get it right all the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the guests stay, to ensure that they leave us feeling happy and relaxed.

Ok, but a bit rough.
The place was livable, but it seemed a bit rough like it needed updated. The internet didn't work in the evening--too many people on it, I guess. And the cable TV was spotty. Sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The floor and bathroom looked like they could have used a bit more cleaning.

Very rude staff. Took over an hour to get checked in during which time staff had altercations with two separate guests. Police on sight multiple times during the night. Took 3 phone calls to get my deposit refunded.

STAY AWAY!!!
The toliet did not work. Never was given another room or a partial refund. There were heroine needles in the parking lot. The population around the hotel was less than desirable and explained why there were used needles in the parking lot.

The price and location was right, so booked it thru Expedia, then at the Hotel, the manager was rude and said that they had 8 more reservations than rooms. Told us go find yourself another place. Tried to blame it on Expedia. I called Expedia, and they were NO help. I ended up calling different hotels until I found something. Not a good deal.

Overall a clean room. Not very big and Had some minor maintenance issues. Should not have booked this location. Can't smoke in the room but sitting in the doorway is acceptable? For someone who does not smoke, i could not see myself staying and having to breathe it in when i left my room. Canceled my stay after only one night as even the air conditioner did not filter the smell.

Bed covers had cigarette burned holes. Room smelled terrible. Bathroom was disgusting and not clean. Management refused to give a refund claiming that the room was acceptable. If this is acceptable, watch out!

Worst Hotel by Far
Water leaking in shower. Inoperable shower head and we were unable to go to our room at check in because of cleaning so when we came back later that night, the door had been left open and the cleaners just left the trash full.
