Horrible Staff

Front desk staff is the first person a guest interacts with, they define someone's first impression. Why the girl working the front desk when I checked in has that job, is just about the worst decision a manger has ever made. No way that employee should interact with customers, on any level. Then, to top it off, I called down within an hour or so or checking in to ask for a working blow dryer. Never did get that working blow dryer. Aside from the awful hotel staff encountered here. We did actually enjoy the hotel. Room was clean, location worked well for our family, and my children loved the pool. I do recommend this hotel, especially for the price I paid. Just don't expect anything but absolute rudeness and disdain for you as a guest from anyone on staff here

Nice hotel close to where I was going

It was good and clean the food was good but a little price for what you received the pool was clean they had extra goals to play with

Nice hotel, close to our destinations

Pros: Locations and indoor pool.
Cons: Food and prices
Indoor pool was great for kids, staff was friendly. Was not impressed with our bill from the restaurant/bar, drinks are outragously priced for the very little amount of alcohol in them and we were charged for the kid's drinks when they were suppose to be included with their meals. Food was not good at all (supper and breakfast buffet).

Nice, quiet. Very good/fast wireless (57down, 62 up on a ThinkPad). Indifferent to Sleep Number beds. Hotel buffet breakfast was overpriced and only okay, but that is standard for hotels. Check in was fast and the people were nice.

Nice comfortable hotel very near to MCI airport

Pros: Comfort, nice buzz around the hotel, proximity to airport with free shuttle
Location: Near to airport, not too much nearby other than that.
Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at this hotel. I chose this location as I had an early morning flight next day. Shuttle bus leaves each 20min to the nearby airport - which is a great free service. Recommended highly for business travellers.

GREAT LOCATION.

Pros: THE FACILITY OFFERED AN INDOOR ENCLOSED ATRIUM WITH A POOL AND HOTTUB THAT CAN BE ENJOYED RAIN OR SHINE. NICE RESTAURANT FOR BREAKFAST OR DINNER
Cons: HOTEL APPEARS TO BE IN CONSTANT RENOVATION AND WOULD BE BETTER IF ALL COMPLETE, BUT ITS OUT OF THE WAY.
THE HOTEL WAS NICE! BEEN TO MUCH NICER HOTELS BUT THIS LOCATIONS IS CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS. WE DIDN'T MIND THAT IT WAS NEAR THE HIGHWAY OR THAT ITS A BIT DIFFICULT TO GET TO THE PROPERTY. THE HOTEL IS ENCLOSED AND HAS A OUTDOORSY FEEL TO IT WITH A POOL AND ATRIUM. IT HAD ALL WE REQUIRED FROM AN AVERAGE PRICE. WE HAD A DOOR KEY PROBLEM BUT THE MANAGER MORE THAN MADE UP FOR IT. I'VE READ LOTS OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS PLEASEAT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANY CASUAL TRAVELORS WHO AREN'T UPTIGHT ABOUT EVERY LITTLE THING.

Great Value

Cons: Internet connection, bathroom size
Location: very convenient to any thing we wanted
We obtained an excellent rate for this property through Expedia's secret booking option. The stay was comfortable and the rate was great. My only concern which is why I rate the room comfort low, was based on the poor internet connection. I was unable to access the free Wi-fi that was offered.

Good place for the price

I didn't pay full price for this hotel due to a deep discount a offered through Expedia. Hotel is decent, rooms are acceptable. I will suggest improvement in the areas of customer service because the front-desk staff could have been more friendly when checking in/out.

Hotel review.

We experienced a very nice, comfortable stay which met our needs. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Only complaint is very small bathroom which is a factor of when the building was built, overall it is still a nice place to stay.
