“It was just what I needed!”
Not a destination spot but a travellers respit. I needed location and service. An early morning shuttle w/ a light breakfast, a comfortable bed....Thank-you
“opening my locked door.”
I got to my room 12:45 am or so. Then after unwinding from my air flight, I went to bed. After I had spent the first of two nights, I woke and jumped in the shower. It was after 11:30 am. I was just getting out of shower, when a motel employee or owner started banging on the door and told me I had to leave. I told him to go away, The room was mine for another night. He told me no I had to leave. I told him to go away. Mind you, I had just gotten out of the shower and he had opened the door. The only thing, at that point, that kept him out was the inside security lock. He said that he was calling the police. Finally, I said I would be in the office in a minute. He closed the door and left. I almost called the police myself. But, I calmed down and phoned the office instead. He said no problem. Well, there was a problem, I was very angry and frightened. I did go to the office and told him that I almost called the police myself. On that reason alone, I would not recommend that hotel. Every thing else was fine.
“I've stayeed in better”
No coffee , couple dozen rolls, no area to set in. econo econo
“what a dump”
What a dump. Rolls of carpet in the stair wells. Ice machines broken down. The fixtures and dacor were modern 50 years ago. This hotel was just nasty, there was no pride in ownership here. I will never stay at an EconoLodge again.
“bed bugs”
Very dirty hotel. I slept with my clothes on and got bit bt bedbugs
“Olu”
The hotel is really not supposed to be classified as one. Honestly, the pillows in the room are as flat as a pancake and there was no laundry iron in the room. You will have to go to front desk (after climbing a flight of stairs) to get the iron yourself and would have to return it back to the front desk yourself. Bed spreads were torn and dirty, bath tub must be older than my dead grandma.
“very unhappy”
same info as above statement
“Will not go back again unless I heard things had changed.”
The place just needs to be remolded completely. Also it would not hurt for sure to update the furniture & beds for sure. Remodel the whole thing and get some fresh air circulating through the place.
“Good for a less expensive motel.”
The motel personnel were very friendly - - were anxious to help in any way they could, and the room was very comfortable - - nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again.
“Very Uncomfortable”
We stayed at this hotel for one night before we had to be at the airport. We arrived at the hotel at about 7:30pm and the woman working the front desk was very rude and short with any questions we asked her. Once we got to the room the room was clean except for the bathtub... it had hair all over the bottom of the bathtub...GROSS! The bed was about 2 1/2 feet off the floor and the matresses were about 4 inches thick. The air conditioner worked on and off and was VERY loud. It was the worst night sleep ever which was not a good thing considering we had a 4 hour flight the next day. The only positive part of our stay was the shuttle service to the airport. Not recommended.
