Embassy Suites Kansas City - Overland Park

As far as Embassy Suites go, this one is at the bottom of my list. Not what I expect from annEmbassy Suites. The building has seen better days. Looks like someone took a motel with outside room doors, dropped a roof over it and put an elevator in it. You literally see every single room door on every floor from yours. Translation: you hear all traffic all night. Plus all the rooms overlook the bar and restaurant (more noise) and the view in my "suite" overlooked a dirty roof and the back of another hotel. What I would have expected from an old Sheraton but definitely not the worst. Flip side was the cleanliness of the rooms A+. Staff? C+

The staff was wonderful. The room was fine. There was no hair dryer so I was disappointed with that. They were very accommodating and made sure we had what we needed.

Embassy offers spacious rooms with the extras! I Love the free drinks and free cooked to order breakfast!

I have stayed at this hotel three seperate times over the past four weeks. They will do whatever it takes to make any issue right. I am very happy with the urgency and respect they show the customer. Some rooms show some age, caulk around tub, door to bathroom not square, some furniture. The food is very good. The bar tender, called bird man for a reason. You figure it out.

This is why we took our family, to enjoy the hospitality in the Embassy Suites Hotel. The staff were so friendly, the room was quiet and the breakfest was perfect. The chef was especially good at providing exactly what each family member wanted to eat. We will stay at Embassy in our future travels. Thanks Hotels.com for you assistance!
