Nice hotel, close to westport, free drinksPosted Nov 24, 2013
Pros: Free drinks are always a plus
Cons: bigger beds
Location: westport bars are near by, and a nice little sports bar in the hotel, nothing fancy but good for a drink
nice hotel close to westport, free drinks, friendly staff, nice free breakfast. The beds were much smaller than anticipated, if you are planning on sharing a bed, be sure its with someone you are close enough to snuggle with, other than that excellent for our short girls weekend.

Customer Service from all the staff was Excellent!Posted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: The staff!
Cons: Wish breakfast was earlier. I paid for it, but we had a walk athon that am, so we didnt get to enjoy the breakfast
Location: Near the Liberty Memorial Park where our Lung Cancer Walk athon was
The place is beautiful! The staff (everyone we came in contact with) was wonderful! We didnt have extra pillows or a blanket for the hide-away, I called down and within 5 minutes it was in our hands with a smile on the gentleman's face! One problem though, we had a room across from the elevators and you can hear them running all night long! Next time I will request a room far away from the elevators.....a little walk and no noice!

Smaller than it appears.Posted Sep 8, 2013
The executive suite is smaller than it appears in the pictures online. That aside, my stay was decent. The suite was also on the third floor of about 11...usually expect a suite to be higher up than that.

Nice neighborhood, close to nice malls, restaurantPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
This once nice hotel is in need of some serious renovation. The basics such as plumbing, lighting, and especially mattressers of the pull-out sofas need immediate attention. The mattresses were very old and worn with springs and bulges all over. One of our beds was completely unhinged with a broken leg. I realize that people are extremely hard on hotels, but for the price one pays, it is important to focus on unkeep nevertheless.

Excellent service!Posted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our stay at the Embassy Suites was just what we needed! The service of the staff was amazing. We received extra tickets for the complimentary cocktail hour, we used the shuttle service to go to a nearby restaurant, and when our room was just a little too warm, they brought up a box fan for us within 5 minutes. Our suite was spacious, clean and better than we hoped for. Comfy bed too! It was a wonderful getaway!
