Overall decent place. Bathroom was cramped and water pressure wasn’t the best. Around 10am could hear doors slamming and loud talking in the hallway. Check out at noon was convenient tho. Staff was nice and parking was free.

The room was nice, bed comfortable, the traffic was a little loud, but it’s on Main Street, which was a perfect location for visiting the Children’s hospital. It was exactly what I needed for what I needed it for.

It was a great stay. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was quiet. We definitely slept good and the bed was comfy. Close to down town and fun stuff.

Found a bedbug on my daughter's pillow. Toilet in our room wasn't sealed properly and moved around when sitting on it. Waiting for a call from the manager.

Pleasant stay for approx. 1 week.. Staff very friendly, courtesy and helpful.. continental breakfast excellent.. rooms clean with exception of shower walls and curtain.. toilet in 205 would come off the floor when you sit..I felt safe in hotel.. I did notice non disable vehicles parking in designated parking for disable and Purple Heart 💜 Warrior.. I would recommend Fairfield Inn and would stay again.. thank uou

The card key never worked; I had to have it rekeyed every night! They only cleaned my room once—after I complained! The hotel isn’t close to anything and has no food available after breakfast. Finally, my room had a funny smell.

As a single traveler I felt very safe staying there while a family member was in the hospital. The ease of adding nights was a breeze. Breakfast was good and staff was always so nice to me.

Outdated rooms with scratches/scuffs/rust along edges. Rooms are small and the bathroom was small...the door almost hits the toilet when opening. Staff wasn't welcoming...almost rude at times. Location was ok if you're wanting to be close to Crown Center/Power & Light without being in the middle of it all.

The gentleman working the front desk Thursday 12/14 and Friday night 12/15 was amazing!! I didn’t get to catch his name, but he was beyond polite, kind, and professional, GIVE this man a raise!!

My visit to the World War 1 Museum and Memorial.
I traveled to Kansas City to visit the World War 1 Museum and Memorial. The hotel was located within walking distance. It only took 20 minutes. The breakfast that was included was very nice and had a good variety. The staff, including the breakfast attendants were all cheerful, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this Fairfield Inn without reservation.

Missed breakfast
It was very clean, staff was very friendly and surprisingly it was very quiet for Kansas City. We were there for my grandson’s yearly appointment at Children’s Mercy so the location was perfect! We had to leave early so I can’t comment on the breakfast
