Close to many venues and shopping

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Clean it up
Location: Shopping Soccer Baseball
Water park and overall hotel did not meet our expectations. I guess we expected later hours and a cleaner hotel.

See the Interstate from your room

Pros: Kids activities
Cons: Replace carpet and clean patio areas before each guest. staff could be a bit welcoming...did not make a good first impression.
Location: legends shopping outlet.,Bq Habachi grill apple b. McDonalds Olive Garden etc etc
Great exterior, landscape and interior decor. Not very clean everything needs a bit dusting and worn play equipment needs replacing. Fun water activities for all ages and kids play games. Staff not very friendly and drinks at pool side awful along with service from bartender . Restaurant on premises has limited menu but lots of good places close by. Great place for kids

Nice, but extremely overpriced.

Posted Jul 23, 2014
It is a hotel that has 4 full-sized water slides and two child slides. It has an outdoor pool, as well. I think a $300 price tag for 24 hours is a bit extreme. The kids had fun, but I suppose I didn't buy into the hype that we paid for with this trip.

Great for kids

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Kids loved the Kids Cabin. They were really excited when we walked in to the lobby, even the 2 year old. Worth it to see grandkids reactions.
Cons: I had read beds were not comfortable and prices were high, so I was somewhat prepared for that. However, the sofa sleeper was really, really awful.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Water Park was a great time for all generations. Sofa sleeper was really not comfortable at all. Prices for food and all extras were very high.

Hotel with indoor amenities

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Overall...good experience. I was disappointed in the hotel staff. This is supposed to be a family friendly hotel with staff geared towards customer service. Even from the beginning at registration, there was not the feel of bending over backwards to answer any questions. It was more of an imposition.one staff member at the water ride, kicked the rafts over to get them ready for the next rider. This same person also made us all wait over 20 minutes as he was placing a bandaid on his leg with no explanation for the delay. We just saw him attending his leg..he had a bad attitude with everyone. Certainly not a Disney world attitude!

Last Minute Booking Turns out Great!

Posted Jun 25, 2014
We needed a hotel at the last minute and were thrilled to get a room at Great Wolf Lodge for an amazing price. The water park was fun, clean, and felt completely safe. The outdoor pool was sunny and warm. The overall experience was wonderful!

Rainy summer vacation

This perfect for the cool rainy time we were on vacation! The kids were exhausted between water slides and magi quest! Great time was had by all.

THE ROOM SMELLED MOLDY.

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND MEET ALL NEEDS HOWEVER THEY COULD NOT HELP THE KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLS AT MIDNIGHT!
Cons: THE FOOD COULD BE BETTER, THE SMELL OF THE ROOMS AND CONSIDER AN ADULT TIME FOR THE HOT TUBE AREA AT LEAST.
Location: I WALKED ALL THE WAY TO THE STRIP MALL. IT WAS A 15 MIN WALK NOT CONDUCIVE TO SAFE WALKING BUT THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE BUSES AND THE TAXI QUOTED ME $15.
I WAS THERE AS A SPEAKER WITHOUT CHILDREN AND IT WAS VERY NOISY AT NIGHT WITH KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN STAIRS AND HALLS. NOT A PLACE TO GO WHEN YOUR CHILDLESS! THE FOOD WAS GENERIC, PIZZA SEEMED TO BE THE CARRY OUT FEATURE AND THE ICE CREAM SHOP HAD LITTLE APPEAL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. WHEN I WANTED TO GO FOR A SWIM AT 9PM IT WAS CLOSED. THE HOTEL NEEDS TO CONSIDER THOSE THERE FOR MEETING SPACE. ALSO, YOU NEED A SHUTTLE BUS TO THE STRIP MALL FOR THOSE WHO CAME IN WITHOUT A CAR. THE HOTEL FOOD ISNT DESIRABLE BUT THEN YOUR TAKING YOUR LIFE IN YOUR HANDS TO WALK TO THE MALL.

Fun but not worth the money for my family

Posted Jun 1, 2014
We had fun. I brought 6 kids with me. Spent about 900 for one night. Water is 2.50 a bottle and they won't let you bring in your own bottles. But you can buy a soda for 2.25. Priorities are a bit wacked. They need some healthier food choices too. Everything seems fried or greased up. We brought our own food and drink Into the park anyway. The kids had lots of fun. Some loved magi quest, others didn't. All of them loved the water park. Ages of the children I brought: 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14. We made the trip as a birthday and a going away party for my kids and their friends. It was absolutely NOT worth the money I spent. We could have gone to the public pool with slides just as good stayed at a local hotel for 100 bucks. Magi quest was a waste of money as well. Spent 300 on that.

Weekend with kids

Posted May 30, 2014
Good hotel for a short stay. Carpet is wearing some and rooms are a little worn. For the price - they could make the beds.
