Mattress was hard. No blanket and duvet cover heavy and lumpy as a result too hot with cover too cold with just sheets.

I always love staying here and usually the beds are super comfortable. However this time the bed was different. It was hard which was very disappointing. Other than the hard sleep I was pleased.

Weather related stay
Everything was great except for one tiny thing. The alarm clock had USB ports, however, neither port worked to charge my cell phone. I was able to use the power strip nearby to charge the phone. Other than that the stay was great, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We were given a handicap room we didn’t need so it was kind of awkward. Very tiny and cramped feeling but it was fine.

Did not have the correct room available. Had to relocate to a different hotel which they said would be an upgrade premium room. NOT!!! Sure the room was able to sleep all of us but was not a premium nice room.

We were in handicap room. The shower was roll in (not a problem) however the water did not completely drain for 24 hours. Room had odd chemical smell. I also would suggest some protein options for breakfast like hard boiled eggs and Greek yogurt.

Weekend in KC
We had a king bed and the room was very spacious, the room and bath were perfectly clean & ready for our arrival, bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't make it down for that so not sure what was offered as options. Great location to I-435 near by and lots of restaurants in the area.

Staff was efficient, helpful, and friendly. The property was very neat, updated, and offered a welcoming atmosphere. Once checking into the room we were very satisfied. (The only thing I would've liked to add is a bathroom fan.) Your establishment was found to replace a reservation error elsewhere and we were very pleased to be able to stay there with you at Hampton Inn & Suites.
