Pros: The staff was great.
Cons: Beds could be updated. I thought we were to have 2 queens but got 2 fulls. We did check in early, so that might be why.
Location: Right next to Cabella's where we wanted to be. Plenty of shopping near by.
Hotel staff was very friendly. I liked the free breakfast, I was not expecting a hot meal. Once we checked in, the staff knew us by name. It was my 4 year olds first trip to a hotel and they made it very memorable for her. All around a great experience.

Hotel close to the KC speedwayPosted Nov 4, 2013
Cons: See above
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel with a couple of exceptions. Your beds do not have an adequate blanket for warmth. Also, I think your breakfast could be improved - most motels offering a free breakfast have a couple of warm items in addition to the classic cereal and bakery items.

We came back to the room from eating out and it smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room. We told the front desk and they said the room across the hall complained also. Then the odor killer that they sprayed was so strong we couldn't even stay in the room. We told the front desk and he said oops I must have sprayed to much. He told us he would take 30 dollars off and then only took 20 off. Nice place but dissatisfied with service.

Location: The location is nearby shopping and restaraunts.
The hotel was nice. There was remodeling being done in the lobby area and the breakfast buffet was held in a very small room. For the price I wasn't very satisfied.

Under renovationPosted Jul 14, 2013
Cons: Just about everything
Location: Close to legends shopping & dining
My room was at the end of the hall with an outdoor door across from my door. I heard people all night long trying to get in that door. Could hear people on the stairs, & at the breakfast area that was close to my room because of the renovations. No sleep & very pricey for a basic room. I've stayed at much nicer Hamptons for much less money.

NOT UP TO STANDARDSPosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had stayed at this hotel before and very satisfied. This time, however, the hotel was a real mess. They were going through a renovation. The food, which is always good at most hampton inns, was inedible. For the money we spent, which was high end for the area, I was very dissatified.

Under ConstructionPosted Jul 6, 2013
Cons: Finish Construction and also help with rooms by the side door to be insulated from the banging of the door.
Location: Lots of great shopping and fun sporting events. Also two water parks nearby
We were given a room that was directly across from the two rooms they had temporally assigned to be the breakfast rooms since they are under construction. It was loud until late at night and then starting at 6:00 a.m. It was extremely disappointing that my child and I weren't able to sleep. The staff was wonderful and wanted to refund our stay. Since we went through Expedia they sent the request to you and was refunding the amount of our stay. Would definitely stay again, but only if we were on another floor or if construction was completed.
