I was not prepared for the lack of service. The employees were friendly enough, but it was a DIY experience. They only service the rooms, i.e., make the bed, supply clean towels, replenish toilet paper, empty wastebaskets, etc., every 4 days. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable too. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The front desk employee told me all Hilton Hotels service rooms every 4 days, which I find hard to believe.
