We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. The front desk service was very pleasant. We were offered bottled water which was a nice touch. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Shawnee Kansas!

Nice, comfortable hotel. Very kind lady hosting the breakfast area Sunday morning. The only slight issue we experienced was the sheets were very stiff and scratchy.

Very quiet! Hot breakfasts are always good at a Hampton Inn. Slightly different options each day for the hot foods (biscuits and gravy, sausage, Western omelettes, scrambled eggs depending on the day). Shower was hot and shower head is nice. Staff were very friendly. The only issues were that the TV service wasn't working well (kept cutting out), the indoor pool was chilly and kind of cloudy, the comforters seemed short on the sides, and there wasn't a 24 hour convenience area in the hotel, which is pretty standard these days. Vending machines didn't have water. There is a gas station really close where we could get things, but that's something to plan ahead for. We didn't bring any issues to anyone's attention because they were pretty minor.

The hotel and service were great! The shower was good - shower head was nice and high (we are tall) and the water pressure was good. The lady running the breakfast was wonderful.

There is a smell in the bathroom. Also there is no handsoap to wash hands in the bathroom. No cup for mouth wash after brushing teeth.

Everything was pretty much perfect. They even correctly keyed my card to work for the multiple days I stayed there, most hotels have always screwed up and my key card will only work for the first day because they forgot to key it for the multiple days I would be staying. Everyone I encountered there was extremely friendly, which is also a rarity. My only 2 complaints was my room had no microwave?? And the toilet sat so low that my thang got wet when pooping. I had to sit a special way to avoid that.

So the checkin was fast and friendly. No complaints there. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was perfect. I LOVE the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all in the shower as pumps. If every hotel would do that it would save me a lot of hassle. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Cheese omelet, sausage, waffles, cereal the basics. Thank you Hampton Inn!

We liked that the hotel was close to shopping and the interstate. We didn't like that they no longer had a hot tub. The ceilings in the room were dirty and the room smelled musty!!!

Comfortable, quiet, got a GREAT sleep. Clean, great breakfast choices. Only down side is the decaf coffee was strong and had grounds in it.

I was not prepared for the lack of service. The employees were friendly enough, but it was a DIY experience. They only service the rooms, i.e., make the bed, supply clean towels, replenish toilet paper, empty wastebaskets, etc., every 4 days. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable too. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The front desk employee told me all Hilton Hotels service rooms every 4 days, which I find hard to believe.
