Had no problems while I was there. Had underground parking right under the hotel (which was convenient) Was really close to a little shopping area with restaurants

Our room was super noisy due to some gurgling in the pipes all night. We asked to be moved - they were gracious and moved us-and then were moved to a room with a leaking shower that dripped all night. Good location though. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The manager of this hotel checked us in and was VERY unfriendly and would not even look us in the face. Too bad, the hotel was great otherwise. Bad first impression!

Good location on the plaza and easy parking. No restaurant except for breakfast or bar so you have to leave the property but there’s plenty of places to eat nearby.

This was an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it! The only thing that could make it better is a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and modern, friendly staff with everything you need (but the hot tub). Walking distance to everything on the Plaza. Big thumbs up!

Wonderful hotel staff.
We had a great stay. What impressed me the most was how friendly the hotel staff was. I've never stayed in a hotel that had more friendly and accommodating staff.

Amazing property and staff. Everyone was so friendly. Special shout out to Bryson, Craig and the front desk (Tracy, i believe. The gentleman that checked us in, working the evening of the 26th and 27th). Every part of the property was sparkling clean. Great pool area. Room was so quiet and clean. We didnt hear anything and we were right by the ice and elevator. Wonderful experience.

The room as always was great! Breakfast unfortunately was the worst I have ever had at any Hampton Inn & Suites ever which really surprised me. Parking was nice but the stalls are extremely narrow. We drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee that isn’t really a big vehicle and it was a struggle. Not sure what you can do about the parking but you can do something about the breakfast!! Overall it was a great stay!! We will be back since our son lives close to the plaza, hopefully breakfast will be better then!!

Normally a very good hotel. Started with a mix up on my room. I was originally put in 608 and it was actually supposed to be 806. It was resolved quickly. The room was clean but the toilet didn't work properly. Nice breakfast in the morning
