“Reasonably priced and great Poker Room”

I chose this hotel as it is close to the KU Medical Center where I had an appointment, (22 minutes). It is as economical as any in the area and I enjoy playing poker at the casino. There's a buffet and other places to eat so its great if you don't want to run around KC.

“Excellent Place to Stay”

Quiet with an outstanding, clean room. The bed was very comfortable. Restaurants on the premises, with gas and fast food restaurants close by.

“Not impressed”

Checkin staff very misleading with information about billing...room was clean & comfortable except for the gurgling coming from the drains in the bathroom!!!!

“Friendly staff and we had a comfortable stay”

The only issue we had was that they didn't have a non-smoking room when we got there to check in. They offered to move us to a suite but it was a smoking room and my business partner has allergies to smoking but we had to take it since there was no other. We endd up having to use a pull out bed and he was able to make it through the night without any flair up with his allergies. Please don't let this reflect on the rest of the hotel and the staff ... everything was great and I will return. Just make sure you check in early enough to get the room you reserved or it may not be avaliable.

“Great surprise”

Everyone was really friendly and went out of their way to assist us. My elderly parents were treated with great care and respect. Our reservations were exactly as requested, our rooms were ready when we arrived. The rooms were great, the handicap room was really large and beautiful. We will go back again, very soon.

“Just the short getaway we needed.”

the hotel was easy to locate and we had no problem finding close parking. Valet parking is available as well. The front desk staff were very friendly when we checked in and directed us to which bank of elevators to use to get to the room. We found the room was clean and smelled pleasant.
