close to airport

Pros: pool and weight room
Cons: just about everything could be improved.
air conditioner not working properly; bathroom tiles were hanging from the wall; check in/out staff didn't seem to care about the guests. Very disappointed in this hotel considering the name.

Close to Airport. Under renovation.

1 night stay. Kids wanted to stay because of indoor/outdoor pool. Pool was pretty dirty and not great for kids. Shallow part of pool was outdoor.

Great location

Pros: Everything! The staff was incredible! The gal that checked us in even remembered us and our story the next morning.
Cons: Just keep doing what you are doing.
Location: Easy access to KCI. Not a bad drive to anything really. Would be good for a Worlds of fun weekend.
My son and I were in town for the Nascar races. We had booked another hotel for this weekend and stayed there one night and had to leave. What a dive! Booked here online and drove down (about 15 minutes later) just to confirm. It was 11:00 AM and the lady behind the desk asks "Would you like to check in now?" WHAT! "why yes we would!" After the previous night, this was the Taj Mahal! I told my son "Now this is how Daddy rolls" Immaculate room, very clean, incredibly comfortable beds. Excellent buffet in the dining room downstairs. Just a great stay over all. We will be staying here again in October for the Nascar races.

Pros: Cleanliness!
Cons: Maybe a more up-to-date TV, e.g. Flat screen.
Location: Great location, next to interstate.
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, which includes my room. Great room service and friendly staff as well. Parking was no problem, lots of spaces available.

Very Close to Aiport

It was great. Easy check in and room was comfortable. The only issue is that the TV did not have very good reception. The TV was blurry on many channels.

We are only 3 miles from the airport and offer complimentary shuttle service every 15 mins. We also provide shuttle service to Zona Rosa located about 10 mins from the hotel. not pleased - when I arrived I was told that the only room left was a smoking room. I had booked this room two weeks in advance and requested non-smoking. desk cleark was not friendly!

Pros: nice and spacious.
Cons: coffee avilable in setting area, without having to use resturant.
Location: nice location and the shuttle service is great for getting around.
great, the staff was very nice and helpful and this is all I have to say about it.

Very nice airport hotel

I wasn't expecting much for an older airport hotel but it was quiet despite being full, service was excellent, the room was very clean and the bed very comfy (and I'm fussy about the bed), the dining, although very limited in menu was prepared well and no more expensive than a Perkins type establishment. Overall, it was the nicest stay I've ever had in Kansas City and I would definitely go back. The d├ęcor may be a bit old, but they are starting a remodel shortly, so I suspect that in 2015 it will be even nicer.
