The room and hotel was beautiful. The food was good but the breakfast was not to my taste (not hotels fault. The gym has enough machines for a healty workout. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Third time at this hotel. Consistent high quality - both facilities and service. Can't beat location next to Power & Light and easy walk to Crossroads Arts District. Go for a "First Friday" to enjoy late hours at numerous galleries and studios and a late meal at one of many terrific nearby restaurants.

“Great Birthday Getaway for my husband!”

The staff at this hotel, especially Mark and Juan, were so accommodating! Their recommendations for places to go and see were spot on. They were able to take us most everywhere on the shuttle. Juan even brought our bags to the train station when he got off work so we could go enjoy the Westport area for the day. They continued to go above and beyond. The river market area was great for a Sat morning, the plaza sat afternoon and dinner downstairs with live jazz music was perfect for a sat "date night" dinner. Friday night we walked to the power and light district and Sunday we hung out in Westport. We found KC to be very friendly....a perfect weekend get away. Thanks to this hotel for making perfect recommendations to us as well as accommodating us every step of the way! We will be back!
