Stuck on the airplane for 8 hours because of the weather and couldn’t land in KC, after finally landing and getting to the hotel at 4am they tell me my room was sold because I didn’t check in… I can’t quite check in when I’m stuck on an airplane. Front desk lady was extremely rude on top of it all.

Room was clean spacious for our family, convenient to the locations we were in town visiting and reasonably priced. Didn’t realize the pool and hot tub were outside upon booking but the pool was heated.

When we arrived, the hotel’s restaurant was under construction. The alternate dining option provided was in a small room that was not cleaned and had minimal service; the floors of our hotel rooms also did not appear well vacuumed. For the price of the stay, I expected better upkeep and amenities

Older hotel needing upgrades, there was a wedding so it was busy and louder. We would stay again.

The checkin, facility, room, even the temp restaurant was excellent. Checkout was an exercise in ignoring the guest and focusing only on the admin work of the receptiinist
No trolleys for checkout, was told they were all on 8th floor. They were 8 of them unused by workers setting up for event. At checkout asked for bill was told we dont give them out because reservation was third party. A simple piece of paper? The customer experience is what makes or breaks a hitel Tien the receptiinist had no concern for the customer experience onky her job assignments

The pool was heated, but it was outside. The hot tub was great, but getting out of it when the temp is in the 10s was extremely hard

Had a bad snow storm but the parking lot was clear. Also had a water heater go down but it was repaired quickly even during the snow issue. Thank you for taking such good care of your guests.

Customer service guy very nice, but advertised restaurant its closed and and indoor our door pool but its outdoors and cold! Plus hot tub is outside and green turn jets on and smelled of mold gross.
We picked this because kid could swim but NO. Good thing Bass Pro had Santa

The stay was wonderful, staff was helpful, everything we needed was nearby. Pool and Hot Tub felt fantastic even though it was 40 degrees outside.

My wife said it’s very clean and I had no issues sleeping. If she approves it just book she has ocd and is Latina.

Outside pool was nice and warm and hot tub just right (but only one jet worked). Hotel’s restaurant was closed on Thanksgiving day, but they provided complimentary coffee and pastries which was a nice touch.

Only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. Desk person was unaware of this. We were tired and hungry and no other options close by except for being able to buy a frozen pot pie or pizza rolls at the desk.

Desk staff, both days and nights...excellent, cheerful and helpful.
Property itself? The bed was quite comfortable. However, the bath was in terrible shape, poorly designed...pieces falling apart...no vanity.
Windows are too thin, allowing sleep jarring noises in all night. Should be soundproof.
