    “Great visit”

    Check-in on Thursday evening was a breeze. Room was just as expected - two queen size beds with more than enough pillows for the four of us. The only complaint was the limited parking. We got one of the very last spots in the parking garage on Thursday evening. Friday evening we got back to the hotel around 10:30pm after the Royals game and had to park out back by the dumpster because there were literally no spots left. Saturday we used the shuttle service to go to dinner at the Plaza and it was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel seemed to be booked to capacity on Friday and Saturday night but we were on the first floor and it was SO quiet. No loud neighbors above and not a peep from the hallways after 11pm. We took advantage of three of the Expedia offers that came with this reservation - buy 2, get 1 free at Coco Key; buy 1, get 1 free at the National WWI Museum and the Royals 4-pack ticket deal. Thank you Expedia.

    “Will Be Our KC Home Away From Home!”

    Our son works one block from this hotel so the convenience was excellent; the staff was very accommodating, to allow us to share a bottle of wine in the comfortable, private corner of the lobby, and visit till the wee hours without disturbing my husband's sleep in our room. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a sleep sofa for our son to share a night with us. Loved it!

    “Great experience”

    Hotel was in nice condition. Ordered room service, it arrived 15 minutes late, and I was told it would be on the house, which it was. Every other time I spoke with hotel employees they were nothing other than kind. Great experience all around.

    “We plan on going back!”

    This hotel offers free parking, free shuttle service to local attractions, free internet in the room, HBO is included in the channels. Who could ask for more? The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and crisp, clean sheets. We enjoyed the pool three times in a 24-hour period; a completely-filled towel cart was at poolside. Super-nice place--I highly recommend!

    “good stay”

    We have stayed here several times due to the location to the areas that we like to visit. It isn't the most expensive hotel nor the cheapest, but we feel comfortable staying there. We usually have the hotel breakfast buffet at $12.95 which is pricey but starts the day off well and conveniently.

    “Nice stay”

    A two block walk of the plaza area with free parking, firm mattress and quiet rooms made for a pleasant economical stay. The young women at check-in was cheerful, efficient and made sure we knew about the free shuttle service, free Wi-Fi and other amenities. We will return if our travels take us to Kansas City again.

    “Will return often!”

    Everywhere we went the hotel staff was polite, engaged, and attentive. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff shuttled us anywhere we wanted to go on the Plaza and picked us up when done with dinner. This hotel is extremely close to the Plaza and parking was underground and heated. We even had a view of the outdoor sculptures from our room! If I were to say there were any drawbacks it would be the beds as they were extremely firm. We will definitely return to this hotel many times over!
