Nice new hotel

My family and I stayed here recently while visiting Kansas City. The hotel seemed very new, safe and modern. The staff was courteous as well as accommodating. Our rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

One Night stay

Pros: cleanliness
Cons: nothing
Location: we got in really late and want something to snack on and it was nice to see an all nite 7-11.
I only stayed one night but I couldn't help but observe the cleanliness, the beautiful d├ęcor, and the comfort of the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was awesome and convenient to a all night 7-11. Great Hotel

Pros: The beds were so comfortable!
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Traveling through Kansas with my 8 month old twins. Super clean and comfy rooms and a great breakfast. I booked again 10 days after my first stay here. I will be back.

Pros: Clean and comfortable with good food.
Cons: A little traffic noise outside.
Location: Just a mile or so off 35. Restaurants nearby.
I stayed in this hotel with 8 month old twins. The place is brand new (July 2014) and was spotless. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Cold A/C and great decor. Breakfast was great too!. Restaurants nearby. Prices may vary slightly as we booked through Expedia. Can't go wrong with this one!

Great hotel close to KUMC

Pros: Service, location, amenities
Cons: A/C unit was really loud and for me, the bed was really hard.
Location: Close to downtown KC, Crown Centre, Aquarium, etc.
This is a newer hotel and very modern. Checkin and breakfast is on the 2nd floor. Key cards required for 3rd & 4th floor access which I liked. Room was spacious, pillows were great. Bed was on the firm side and I prefer a soft mattress. Walk-in shower was nice. Only negative comment would be the A/C unit was extremely loud, and since it was 98 degrees both days, it ran continuously. Parking is located behind the hotel which was easy. Restaurants close by (fast food) due to proximity to KUMC. Continental breakfast was good, lots of choices available for just about any appetite. Would highly recommend and will stay there again if I am in KC.

Room clean,comfortable and nicely furnished. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections good and the most welcoming lady that oversees that area....miss b. She was a delight!

Very nice, clean place to crash. Kinda weird that check in was on 2nd floor. Especially since someone had tripped the fire alarm when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the third floor where our room was. Once we got settled in though everything was great. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, although a little on the small side. Another strange thing was the bathroom has no exhaust fan so the shower really made the room humid. Overall great place. I would definitely stay again when in the area. Great food too!

Horrible customer service.

My business partner and I booked this trip via Expedia and we were treated like second class citizens. We paid for a two queen bed room and were given a king sized bed. When asked why, we were told the hotel was full and because we booked with Expedia we didn't get the room we paid for. The desk girl was short with me and just repeatedly told me to call expedia cuz there was nothing she could do. Expedia was helpful, but the hotel would not comply with our paid reservation. I'll find a different hotel the next time I come to town, with staff that are more pleasant and more helpful.
