Not bad overall. Thought we had a 2br suite but was a 2 bed in a room. Pillows were way too soft had no support. Bed comfortable. Main reason chose this property was shuttle to airport that was nice and convenient

This puppy is a good place to stay. Parking is good staff is amazing. I would not hesitate to book it again.

Booking through Expedia it didn’t tell me about the $50 incidental fee, so that was a surprise to my budget given to me by my employer upon arrival. I also requested a room with a fireplace and didn’t receive that. My room was also close to the lobby which was hosting a dinner of some sort for some company that I was unaware of and they were pretty loud for a while but luckily didn’t last too late into the night. Other than that my stay was short and pretty good for the cost.

I was very disappointed when I checked in. On the website shows parking included. Hotel said this only applies on the night you stay. I had to pay $90.00 All other locations quoted the price per day. I was also told I was a member of the Hilton rewards but since I went through Expedia I get none of the Hilton rewards. When I arrived home the shuttle was not available I was told to purchase an uber bring the receipt for reimbursement Uber does not provide receipts I screen shotted my receipt without the tip because the tip does not show up until the trip is finalized. I did get reimb cash for the trip charge but the tip I was not.

Very nice staff. Sofa needs to be replaced in the room we stayed in. Also carpet very worn. Was surprised that full kitchen did not include oven, only hot plate burners and MW. Had full sized dishwasher. We were there over Christmas and overall had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren.

It was ok
The hotel was a bit dated. The bathroom was not clean. There was a dirty towel and used soap left in the shower. Also there weren't any blankets in the room for the pull out couch and we had to wait a long time to get one, eventually having to go to front desk over an hour later after asking for it and being told it would be brought to the room. The breakfast selection was ok but tasted good. Overall it wasn't terrible but it wasnt worth the price paid for it. I wouldn't stay there again unless I had no choice.

Staff was very accommodating, kind, professional, and helpful. The room itself was clean, cozy, not fancy but very roomy for one person, bed was very comfortable and soft, TV had decent free channels, and kitchen was loaded with cups, plates, microwave, coffee maker, burner, utensils. Hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Excellent stay all around. Comfortable, clean. Lots of outlets. The room was excellent! Decent size refrigerator and table. Nice beds. Had an unexpected family event come up and they were so accommodating with late checkout! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great. The only issue we had, in room 325 the outside door didn't latch. It got windy during the night and the door kept blowing open. We wedged some toilet paper in, that worked. It may be a bit chilly with colder weather, maybe some attention to it would be good.

This suite was very well designed, it has 2 burners in the kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had very good lighting. The shower quality was amazing and came with good quality shampoo and conditioner. Comes with free breakfast and the usual amenities. 10/10 would recommend

Very pleased with our stay. Had a free room so was able to spend a little more than usual and picked this property (had a good experience at a nearby location but ha one thing was off so I didn't want to chance that with gf). Not a ton of traffic in this area of North KC/St. Joe is great. Not far from the airport and many planes flew over at night. I dug that. It's an extended stay place and our suite was sweet. Walk into full-size fridge and nice stovetop and microwave we never needed. A small "living room" area with couch and tv, then doors that could be closed to a king-sized bed with another tv. Big closet, pretty big bathroom.
One small stain on sheets that appeared to be just that...a stain so not too worried. Bed curtain thing had some ickier stuff that looked like maybe could be cleaned. We just tucked it under the mattress. Bathroom and all else looked clean. Shower had good hot water and sufficient pressure. I would def stay here again.
Worth noting, this trip was for comedy show a couple miles down road at Zona Rosa. Another great, friendly location. I knew the Waffle House was super close and that was another draw of choosing this location.
