“This is the one near the airport”

I cannot write enough about the staff. It would take all 1500 the characters I'm allowed. It's enough to say that they made absolutely sure I was satisfied. The shuttle even took me to a local shopping mall as I needed a few things, telling me that the service is available to all guests to go anywhere within a radius of 3 miles. And then there's the room. It wasn't only clean, clean, it was half again as big as most rooms I stay in. The same can be said for the bed with its 5 pillows. The same can be said for the couch in the sitting area. There was even a traveler's size tooth paste next to the sink along with the usual soaps, jells, and shampoos. I seldom write these sort of things but this experience makes for an exception to my general rule.

“Pretty Great!”

It was our wedding night hotel so the expectations were high and we were let down just a bit. The room was nice, but nothing spectacular. The bed was not very comfortable, but it wasn't terrible. We stayed here for our wedding night, and the following night. We had read there was free parking and a free shuttle to the airport. The truth is that you have to pay for parking if you're not staying there, even though the economy parking at the airport is much cheaper per night. If we would have known this before, we probably would have chosen a different hotel. We had also read that WIFI was free, but it was not. All in all, it was a good experience, just not what you'd expect for a wedding night hotel.

“The hotel service, room, and comfort was the best.”

We had not stayed in a Hyatt before and was very impressed....Very modern, slick and chic. My only disappointed was the breakfast. It was served in a great area but wasn't anything I was interested in eating....powdered donuts, cereal and some canned fruit with yogurt.....Everyone kept thinking the large warm container was sausage gravy but alas it was oatmeal....no fresh fruit, etc...I gotta have some protein....something warm.....so skip the breakfast.

“Excellent service”

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place for 2 nights. We needed to fly into and out of Kansas City in a short period of time to attend a wedding out of town in the country side. The hotel was very conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from town. Excellent value for a very large and clean room. The bed was comfortable. The personel of the hotel was really helpful and friendly. Service was excellent, and included a free shuttle to and from the aitport /car rental company.

“Will stay at this hotel again for future visits!”

I was very pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The hotel was very close to dining and shopping. We were in town for the Nascar race and will stay at this hotel again in the future.
