Cons: Cleaning staff
For a marriott, I thought it would be cleaner. The staff was great, but I had big cobwebs on the ceiling.

Going downhill

Cons: Stop cheaping out the individual rooms
I've stayed here many times over the past 20 years and they must be using the same sheets - they've shrunk so much they keep coming off! The mattress pad also didn't fit properly, making the bed lumpy and uncomfortable. The lack of somewhere to hang towels outside the shower or to hang hand towels beside the sink may look nice but is totally impractable. Finally, why only one bar of soap not one each for the sink and shower?

Needed a hotel close to a wedding site.

Pros: Plenty of parking, great staff, close to the interstate, driving distance to ships and restaurants.
Cons: We thought the cost of the breakfast was too high. No whirlpool, no safe in the rooms. Should be no charge for internet access in the business center

We thought the hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We did have a problem with wetness in the carpet from an unknown origin in the room we were assigned. We contacted the front desk and a staff member came up an inspected the problem and immediately changed rooms for us. He assisted in moving our items and the room we were changed to was acceptable. He asked if we needed anything else to contact him immediately...The coffee pot was missing a part so it wasn't operational, but we let that slide.

It was an ok hotel. It was pretty clean for the most parts. They need to put in new carpet though. You could smell it as you walked in the hotel. It doesn't just need cleaning. It needs to be removed. Not all the staff speak English. The restaurant needs an up grade too!!! Including staff. Need to be properly trained.

fabulous value with top-notch service

Even though the hotel was busy with a large wedding when we were checking in, we were given prompt and friendly service. The rep asked about our preferences and even gave us a room on the top floor (a big deal for the 4 and 7 -year olds in our family). The pool area and gym were excellent and clean. Oly wished they served breakfast and the ceilings in the shower were oddly low (I stand 5 ft 9 in and i could not raise my hands above my head) so the shower space was cramped but good temp and pressure. Definitely will stay again next time I am in town.
