The rooms were exceptionally quiet! Usually we hear some noise, like people closing doors or walking through the hallways, but we heard absolutely nothing, and we slept incredibly well, including our 2-year-old son, which is a miracle. We also loved the full kitchen! The only regrettable thing was that there was no breakfast provided, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.

There's about 5 hotels here, and I think it is the best of the bunch. The staff is very nice, checkin and checkout were super fast and easy.

The hotel staff was easy to understand, friendly an very accommodating. The location was very convenient to the Overland Park Regional Medical Hospital. However never did see any complimentary breakfast type foods offered.

This property is located next to a Costco, Sams Club, and the Oak Park mall with several options for food easily reachable. The area is very nice and overall an excellent experience. Facilities are clean and everything works, which is starting to become harder to find these days.

The room was a King Suite and while we were only in the room for about 10 hours,there was debris and hair on the bathroom floor, a scrunchie hair tie that was in our bed which made me wonder if the sheets were even washed. I had planned on showering but after seeing the debris and hair around the bathroom I wasn't comfortable to do that.

We were staying for 2 nights so they didn't clean the room after 1 night which wasn't so bad but didn't bring any clean towels or anything for the next night. Had to go to the front desk to get them ourself

I could never check in to the hotel, and I never stayed there due to the power outage and I never knew when it came back on seeing that I never got any calls from them regarding if the room was available when it did come back on. It was the worst experience I’ve encountered but it would have been nice for staff to check on reservations when power was restored. Having to sleep in your car in a hotel parking lot was NOT idea.

We had to find a new hotel quickly due to power outages in the area. The folks at this hotel were extremely accommodating, super friendly and incredibly helpful. Our experience has been so superb we are now switching our reservations for our trip next weekend to this hotel.

Very clean, but moderately comfortable.
We stayed for the weekend. The room was very clean. The mattress was not as comfortable as we would have liked and the chairs seemed a bit old. Bathroom fixtures seemed pretty new. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Not worth the money
I would definitely stay somewhere else for the money. This was a last minute reservation, usually I do a little research on my rooms. There was a dirty towel left hanging behind the bathroom door, the tub did not drain well so we had standing water while showering and water pressure was not good! There is no breakfast and no pool that I could see. The beds were comfortable, but that’s the only really good thing about the room. It way over-priced for what you get. I will definitely stay somewhere else next time!

Nice stay, only 3 small things werent great. 1) the recliner didnt recline at all - 2) the shower head needs updated or clr needs to be used 3) the tv remote needs a user guide for people that dont have Direct tv in their home Beds extremely comfortable & love the pillows. We’ve stayed at IHG brand before. Not a bad stay over all.
