The first room we were given had a clogged toilet when we arrived but wasn't noticed until next morning. We reported it next morning, but it still wasn't fixed by the evening, and we were told maintenance would arrive in a few more hours. Because we protested is why we got assigned a new room, which had a tub faucet that wouldn't shut off. They acknowledged this was a known issue, yet still thought we'd take this room. A new room was provided after that. The trash cans' foot pedals in the dining room area didn't work, and the lady expected us to open dirty lids to put the trash in. There were busted glass bottles in the parking lot that we had to sweep away with our feet to avoid tire damage. These bottles were still there during the entire 3 days of our stay. The internet connection was constantly dropping, never lasted more than 5 minutes. There was no janitorial service at any point in our 3-night stay. A busted van with a flat tire and 2-year expired plates parked in front of the hotel office is not the best look.

My complaint was the rook I received had many broken items, there was tons of dirt and dust on many areas. My air unit was covered in dust and dirt. My lamp was wobbly and broken so could not use. My phone was cracked in the room. My bathroom door had a punch hole in it. The sink was cracked. Also I had live baby roaches crawling in the bathroom. It was not what I expected for the price. I was very disappointed in this stay.

Walk in shower floor was not even and created a huge mess in bathroom floor with water. We had to use our towels to prevent it from getting on carpeted floor. Very unsafe for a wheelchair user to transfer from wheelchair to toilet without falling on wet floor.

Horrible hotel with false pictures on the web site. Broker windows, bullet holes in some areas, no other cars in parking lot. Looked like a homeless guy in the lobby. I tried to cancel my reservation but was told I couldn’t because it was made online. Refused to stay there and found a different hotel. Expedia should be ashamed for having this on their site.

The room was very clean, and it was quiet. The heater and refrigerator did not work at all. Most inconvenient, there is no elevator. If you have luggage, you have to schlep it up the stairs.

This hotel is not even a one star. They wouldn't get us towels the bedding was soiled the carpet was philfy the shower was messed up and dirty the bathroom tiles were cracked. They could only give us second floor there was no ELEVATOR. The carpet on the stairs was torn and I cut my hand in the handrail it had a sharp metal piece sticking out from it. There is way too much more to describe.

The listing stated that the room could accommodate 5 people. There were only 2 beds, no couch, and they refused to provide a rollaway bed. They would not even give us an extra pillow. The lady at the front desk was rude, unapologetic, and unhelpful. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but canceled our second night because it was so awful. The area of town was sketchy as well. The whole experience was awful.

Good but could be better
It was in a great location, close to westport area where we spent a lot of our time. Bed was super comfortable and it was nice. Rooms did have a fun smell!! I did also have dirty liens in the bathroom and used soap in the shower. Floor could have been cleaned better as well.

I liked that it didn't look scary on the outside and it's right next to a restaurant. Did not like that the heater wasn't on or working when we checked in. It was in the low 30's. You could feel air coming in from the outside. We called the front desk; they said to turn the heater on and wait a few minutes. It wouldn't come on. I had to get down on the floor to see the plugin (which was scary-looking) and figured out how to re-set it. After that, it did come on but we still had to wear our coats another two hours before the room was...tenable enough. Also, the window shade was broken and it took both of us to get it to come down. Scary or not, we will not stay there again. Would not recommend.

This property was affordable. The rooms are small and stink like cigarettes even though theres no smoking. Someone yelling at staff in the middle of the night. It's in a noisy spot, remember it is right down from the hospital. Our experiences with it have been disappointing both times.

Very dark and scary around and in the facility. The room smelled bad. When we arrived no one was at counter. We waited a few minutes to see if someone showed up until I decided to knock on the counter and say “hello, hello” for someone to take care of us. We are traveling with our dogs and even when it states that it is a dog friendly facility, It seems they are not. The lady right away asked me if my dogs were under 20 pounds. Lastly, the continental breakfast is very limited if you are looking to save money for that meal.

I didnt realize the area that i chose was as sketch as it was. Not your problem. The issue i had was the pet policy on the app stated dogs were welcome. And they are if they are under 20 pounds. This was not stated and i was not able to check in even with an ESA letter. Thats fine. She was able to cancel the reservation. she stated she refunded my money. It has not been credited to my account yet. So we will see if its there by monday.

The place is a dump. Shower didnt work and the front desk lady tried to tell me I was using it "wrong". I'm a handyman by trade and know how to use a shower. She was rude but we finally got a new room. Also, when I called to say my flight was delayed and ask if my son could check in, the front desk hung up on me. For the price it's alright for a bed but nothing else. Don't expect good service.

We left after 1 night of a 5 night stay. The door of our room was difficult to open...both going in and out. My brother's room had a shower leaking, splashing water on the floor. The breakfast was not good and very limited.
