“Suitable for everyone”

I don't have a single complaint. It was quiet, clean, friendly, and I was pleased with the amenities. I'll certainly book there from now on.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Slept great! Hot breakfast buffet, but average food. Paid less than $75 for one night. Well worth the bargain price!!

The rooms are very clean. I like the fact that they are equipped with both Microwave and ice box excellent TV coverage.

This is an older hotel yet it was clean. Staff was friendly with check in. Hot breakfast staff was great & made you feel welcome. Close to 435 and shopping & restaurants in Overland Park.

“A more than one night hotel for a great price.”

I will go back to this hotel the next time I am in the area. I was given a new room as soon as I reported the first room smelled of smoke and they check with me to make sure I was happy with the new room. The bathroom was spacious (clean) and the shower was great. Lots of TV channels. Great location close to resturants and easy entry.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and attractive. The breakfast was satisfying. We will definitely stay there again.

“GREAT FOR FAMILIES”

We went up to the Olathe/Overland Park area for Easter. We have two dogs and an 18 month old. We have family that we could have stayed with, but with a growing family and another on the way, we wanted a hub for privacy and a king bed as our 18 month old tends to sleep with us when we travel. The room was perfect. The staff was able to meet every request (next to a side exit, ground level to make it easy to walk the dogs). The hot breakfast was good, the room was great and the bed was comfortable. This was the perfect room for our growing family and was accomodating to our needs with our pets. If it were a longer stay (beyond 3-4 days), we may have needed a suite but for a short stay, the standard king was perfect. Also it is 100% non-smoking so that is a must with our 18 month old and expecting mother.

“Weekend at the Pear Tree”

I spent the weekend at this hotel with my family and had a great time. The breakfast had a good selection and the room was clean and well furnished. Even thought the hotel was nearly full, no noise problems. I would gladly stay here again.

“Loved everything about it!”

The manager was wonderful. We didn't arrive until 4:00 a.m., and she gave us a little extra time to sleep in the next morning. We'll definitely stay here again.
