It had easy access to airport and was clean

Pros: easy access to surrounding towns and shopping malls
Location: airport is easy to get too. Several good size shopping malls within 10 miles
Rooms had a warm feeling to them. The breakfast bar was nice with hot foods and fresh fruits.

Room was not clean as it should've been.

This hotel needs to be cleaned more. Room service only came one day. The covers had cigarette burns in them. Floor were nasty inside and outside the room. I wish I'd had picked a different hotel.

Don't expect a complimentary breakfast. It was 8:45 a.m. and there was no milk, eggs, sausage, and fruit. Brought it to the attention to the owner whom responded that he doesn't have to provide that . Then went on a tyrant that there will be no more breakfast and threatened to call the cops and have us evicted

Our first disappointment was seeing that the hotel's small parking lot was also full of cars from being promoted as a $4 'park and fly'. Just about everything in this hotel needs updated. In a few areas, including the hallway to access the pool & hot tub, there are either missing tiles or noticeable water damage to the ceiling. The carpet is old, worn, discolored, tile floors are filthy, and be prepared to hold your breath in the elevators that reeked of either smoke or a sour smell. A few positives there were a Samsung flat screen TV, nice refrigerator, and the bathroom sink was updated. However, the king bed in our room seemed comfortable at first but we realized by morning that it was actually quite old since there was little back support in the center. The free breakfast did have good scrambled eggs, fresh pineapple, and fruit juice. One recommendation I would give the kitchen is to do a better job of washing your dishes. No one enjoys drinking from glasses that appear cloudy. There seems to be a general lack of concern here for maintaining, what appears to have been at one time, a quality hotel that would provide customers with a positive experience at a fair price.

My phones did not work and the sleep number bed was not pluged in, however the room was fine for sleeping. Not a room to take my family to, but good enough to sleep to leave on a flight early in the morning. Staff was very nice.

The staff made a point (on more than one occasion) of telling us they could not accommodate certain requests because we booked on Expedia. Seemed pretty miffed that we had not booked directly with them. Shuttle to airport was great -- both drivers were very friendly and helpful.
