No hot water. Front desk lied about other rooms available. It took confrontation. Him lying to Expedia not allow us to cancel. Maintenance man found a room after three tries that had hot water. Bathroom sink leaking on floor. No decent breakfast. Only sheet and coverlet with burn holes. Maintenance to rescue again. Holes in area around bathtub fixtures. Door hard to close completely scratched up. Total mess. Expedia should remove this hotel.

For what I paid for the room I have no real complaint. The new management was doing the best they could. They sre located in a transient neighborhood. I wasn't bothered in my room.

They moved us to a different room because the first room didn’t have pillows and they didn’t have any to give us! When they moved us it was from 2 double beds to one double bed room! The new room was dirty, had drug paraphernalia (used) in the room throughout and when we sat on the bed there was what appeared to be bugs! We contacted Expedia immediately and received a refund but the motel said they would return our deposit and or not charge for it! They did it went through a week later! There was trash everywhere in the parking lot and a lot of suspicious activity going on! I did not feel safe! The rooms both had holes in the walls and the last one had what appeared to be blood splatter on the wall and ceiling! There was no towels in the first one either and the second room had dirty ones! Both rooms smelled like smoke and dirty all together! The motel had such a stench to it I couldn’t even breath through my nose! I contacted the motel today they said the 100 was refunded and NO it was not! Do not stay here if you have small kids and only if there are no other options and still I don’t recommend it or recommend you having anything with you if you do so you don’t get a hate we bugs in were on the bed on all your stuff you bring! Also, the furniture was so nasty I didn’t even wanna lay my coat on it!

Have stayed at this motel on two other occasions due to its close proximity to Interstate 70. Each time I noticed a decline in the service and condition of the property. This time after check-in we returned to our room to find that there was no hot water available at the sink or shower. We had not checked this when we first went to room. In addition three of the five lights would not come on. The cold water dripped heavily into the tub all night. The parking lot area was filthy with trash. After waiting ten minutes for someone to appear in the office when trying to checkout, I informed the clerk of the room condition. There was no apology of any kind only the statement, "One of our maintenance men quit last week, I will make a note of the room problems."

Just an overall terrible place. From the pictures the outside looks great but as soon as you walk in the place is dirty, outdated, and there were shady people walking in and out of the place. I left the same night and the company refused to reimburse me. I feel like they stole my money. That place needs new management, new owners, and a lot of money to fix it.

It was an okay building aside from a few issues with the shower head not really having a strong water pressure when switched to hot, the tv didn’t work(which was fine, we were out most of the time, and the phone wasn’t connected(again fine but seemed weird). The staff was great though, really nice and made the check in and check out process really quick and easy. They were able to answer all our questions and overall made it a nice time there.

The hotel was very dirty. The room had no tv, no smoke alarm, and no toilet paper. There were wires hanging out of the wall. There was mold everywhere. The bedspread had cigarette holes in it, and the sink had cigarette burns. The man at the front desk was nice and cancelled and refunded my money.

We arrived and were told that the cable tv wasn't working. They only had one luggage cart, which had a propane tank and heater chained to it. We were told that if we could get them off the carry we could use it. Then we were told there was no elevator. The 2nd floor room was filthy with holes in the sheets and rugs, and the locks were broken off the door jam. We were also told they could only give us one key card for 3 people because they were running out. Yet their parking lot was virtually empty. We left. They charged us anyway, not only for the room, but also for the $100 security deposit! The clerk was rude. I could go on, but you get the picture.

Meh, guess you get what you pay for.
Be aware of the $100 deposit they require at check in. The night clerk was very "meh" wrote the room number on the key in a dry erase marker and got aggravated when I asked her to repeat the room number (no receipt given) the hallways reeked of weed. The TV didn't work, the chair has holes. Heat/AC unit was off and rattled loudly all night. 2 hair conditioners, no shampoo. At least there was a bar of soap. Bed appeared to be clean, mini pillows on the bed. Breakfast was anything but exciting. The waffle maker worked, and biscuts with gravy. NO beverages besides hot water and coffee. Check out staff were very nice.

This property is NASTY and UNSAFE. People were fighting in the hallways. There was NO coffee, juice, milk or butter at breakfast our whole stay. The rooms STINK. The fire alarm was hanging out of the ceiling and covered in plastic. I will be reporting this. The lobby flooded and we were told we would get a refund, but we didn't. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

Run! Don’t way away from this hotel!
I wouldn’t have my worst enemy stay here! There were druggies all over the place, half clothed in the check in area. Front desk staff were unprofessional using vulgur language. A comment was made they had no idea who hadn’t checked out yet but were sure there were people there that shouldn’t be. Broken mirror in hallway, room filthy and reeked of smoke! Oh and there’s no elevator! I believe they are housing people in this hotel that are homeless so if you have a family run!

The staff was friendly. I did ask for a late checkout which the front desk help said he could extend from 11 am to 12 am. The cleaners opened my room are 10:45. Also the TV cord was cut yes the plug was cut off. So no TV. There were NO towels in the room when I checked in.

Somethings can be overlooked....others can't!
The building was old, which is something I could overlook if I could tell it was still clean and being taken care of, this was not, The floor near the window was always damp, there was a hole in the wall about the size of a fist, and the faucet in the shower was halfway hanging out of the wall, we had to have our keys rebooted 3 times for us to be able to get into our room, the beds were so hard we all were stiff by the end of the weekend, there was a cigarette burn on one of the bed comforters in a non-smoking room, and the continental breakfast was a joke. We took pictures and showed the front desk so we wouldn't be charged for the damage and all they said was "ok, we got you." We won't be staying again.

Quality it wasn't...
Desk staff was surly; room was barren - no rug, decor or art work; foul smelling air "freshener" was used; toilet barely flushed; no hot water in sink or shower (Had to heat water for washing in microwave); sheets clean, but "blanket" provided no warmth. Ice maker was broken and to add insult to injury: the "breakfast lady" was sick so there was no breakfast.

The stay was not so good you have people outside that was from the bar. You had people who were homeless it was horrible. The floors were scraped up they said they were remodeling but I couldn't tell it. I stayed in this hotel probably like 7 years ago and it was pretty nice but this time it was horrible. It's not a good place to stay I will never stay there again.

Sorry that you were not comfortable. We are in the process of a full remodel; however, we keep getting pushed back due to the shortage of employees nationwide. The staff has been painting and trying our best to freshen it up in the meantime, but unfortunately our efforts are not a speedy process either. Don’t go near this place
Dirty, toilet didn’t flush, lights didn’t work, it stunk, graffiti, floor was sticky, bathroom….I can’t even describe it. We left and found another place.

Place was ok. Entrance smelled like cigarettes. Carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned or replaced. Room was clean and fresh. Bathroom a little small for a family of 5. Beds were clean.

Not with the money and a little sketchy
No breakfast due to employee not showing up, hallways were dirty and many spots where repairs weren’t finished, dead birds in sidewalk up to room, comforters with many burn holes, toilet not working/running all night, furniture was worn and damaged. Very disappointing that $115 doesn’t get you any kind of “quality” room.
