Booked my reservation in the morning of. Got canceled later that day and no one from the front desk bothered to call and notify. My reservation has been canceled by then because they had a water pipe leak through the frozen weather. So I show up 20 minutes till midnight With no room and have to go on the search for another one.

I am sorry about your experience. The water pipe break occurred 7-8pm. Half of the hotel was flooded. Our limited staff had to deal with the emergency and was not able to call all of the arrivals. Apologies, Kat

Not the worst.
The hotel room was clean and the bed was okay but the facilities are in disrepair. Many things were out of order including the vending machines, the coffee in the lobby, the pool said permanently closed and etc. The breakfast was sad. The best offerings were a prepackaged peanut butter sandwich or frozen burrito. Honestly the worst coffee we've ever had, and we've had plenty of bad waiting room coffee. Hospitality was seriously lacking. They also charge $5 a person for the airport shuttle too. Clearing some of the ice and snow from the sidewalks and parking lot would have gone a long way to improve hospitality too. Just don't believe the photos. They are nowhere near current! Spend a little more and stay up the street if you want a more comfortable stay.

Very nice and clean place. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Very spacious and front staff was very amicable. Loved my stay and when ever I’m back in town I have found where to stay.

Nice sized room. Looked good, clean. Breakfast is mostly packaged snacks. The hair dryer didn't work. The towels were discolored and stained, had a used odor. I suspect poor laundry practices. The tub faucet handle was missing. Obviously very little maintenance happens.

The staff were very friendly and easy check in. The grounds were pretty good but a few things could have been improved, such as the drink machine was broken and the fitness center closed down. There was also no protein items for breakfast as we thought there would be eggs and not just waffles, rolls and cereal. But we would stay there again as overall the rooms were nice and the staff were great.

Sullen staff, no gym, barely seatbelts
The staff were sullen and only begrudgingly helpful when the room was missing a lightbulb, shower curtain, and sheets. No gym, no pool. The shuttle to the airport only had seatbelts in half the seats. Stay somewhere else.

The room was very clean and nice. But the heater in the room didn’t work which is very disappointing when it is below 30 outside. Was not able to get a new room which was even more disappointing. There is a cost to use the airport shuttle which is something that should be put on the website. Pool is permanently closed which is not shared on the website. I received a total of 5 charges on my card of varying prices. When asking the front desk, they explained it is a room hold charge in case of no shows. Most properties disclose that information prior to booking which this location did not do. Overall the room is nice but the things not communicated or disclosed is why I am not satisfied with this property.

Hotel was ok. The location was very convenient to get to the airport in the morning but the property was poorly lit in the parking lot, the hallway on the second floor smelled like cigarette smoke and the room was dated. It served it's purpose for us but would not stay again.

The TV in our room didnt work, the room door did not feel secure, could see light all around the edges, " dead bolt" was loose. We were unsatisfied with the lack of food in the area.

The entire stay was great, except for someone from the staff (older man) knocked once, and without warning, opened my door. Being half dressed, this was disturbing. He asked if I "needed clean towels?", even though I had the *do not disturb* sign hanging on the door. Great quiet location, spacious rooms.. but would love the privacy I expect with a do not disturb sign.

Bed was comfortable but room not so clean.
The toilet was dirty like someone just used it, there was a stain on the bed spread that looked fresh, like they reused the dirty bed spread. The floor next the elevator had dirt and a smashed cigarette and looked like it was not vacuumed for a very long time. The Airport shuttle they have was very dirty and that was the first thing I noticed when they picked me up. This hotel looks like it was nice at one time, but it seems to be maintenance deferred. I was also charged for the shuttle but never saw that on the web site, but I could have missed that. If you are just looking for a bed to sleep in before you catch your plane out of town, I guess the price is okay for what you get.

Found and killed a bed bug. Dirty tissue between the "clean sheets" Also 300$ in fraudulent charges from the hotel that has yet to be refunded. I do NOT recommend at all.

Quiet, not close to much. Diner across the street was mediocre so don’t expect decent foo for the outrageous price. Had to go to Four point hotel(down the road) for closes food establishment that serves a good meal. Breakfast was a joke for a continental breakfast, only hot item was a a waffle that took forever due to waffle make being out of date and took a good bit of time cooking. No amenities IE pool, weight room, conference room due to renovations that clearly are under way by cheapness. Instead of closing all areas to guests let’s work on one at a time. Asked the front desk if there was a fax machine and he chuckled at me and said no. Room was mediocre. Room size was decent but old and out dated furniture mixes with new-ish style theme did not work. Cleanliness was sub par due to not actual house keeping staff only front desk personnel ( looks to be family possibly). House keeping cart was kept on the floor in sight for three days straight by the same room, 2 doors down. Overall I would recommend or stay at this place again for the price. No pool, fitness room or conference room available due to “renovations”. Closing all amenities to guest is quiet absurd. Lower the price or open something.
